LIKE FLOWERS AND THE SUN OF RIGHTESOUNESS
“I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily (flower) and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.”(Hosea 14:5)
In Chapter 14, Prophet Hosea called Israel to repentance. He also called the people to pray for GOD’s gracious forgiveness and renew their allegiance to Him by renouncing foreign alliances, their own military strength and artificial gods. Among other things, a restored and revived Israel is here compared to a blossomed flower – a lily. The chapter concludes with advice for a righteous people to obey GOD’s ways, His demands and principles which are always truth.

VISIONS: Different visions on different days of flowers blossoming here and there have been shown.
INTERPRETATION:
In dreams and/or visions, flowers often symbolically point to fragrant prayers and sweet aromatic offerings (Phil. 4:17-18). Within the context of these particular visions, the different types of flowers also symbolize a growing number of prayerful and righteous Believers in the Church who have been brought to repentance and the comforts GOD has treasured for them. These are they who have grown from seed (The Word) and who have opened up to the glorious, loving and graceful rays of the Sun of Righteousness: Jesus Christ and His New Covenant. These are they who despite difficulties have stopped laboring and toiling and who naturally (and supernaturally) bask in His season of promised rest. This is the planting of the New Covenant grafted remnant who will futuristically form the commonwealth of the New Jerusalem.
“For lo the winter has past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth. The time of singing has come.” (Sol.2:11-12)
“Consider the Lilies, how they grow. They neither toil nor spin. And yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed like one of these.” (Lk. 12:27)
The flowering of these Believers on earth symbolically and prophetically herald the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ into their hearts and minds. These are they from the four corners of the earth who have been prepared, watered from the seed with the fine mist – the dew- of the Holy Spirit. These are they who are maturing into the Light (the truth) and Love of the glorious Sun of Righteousness.
In similar fashion to the closing of Hosea Chapter 14, natural Israel, unbelievers and fallen Believers alike are called to turn away from all obscurities and to prayerfully and obediently return to our merciful GOD through HIS Son Jesus Christ during these great days of Light, of change and preparation.
