Journal of a Journey part 1&2 Brexit/EU

I was reflecting on how the Lord, in the article The Lifeguard. How He pulled us away to Goshen. Which is a physical geopolitical sign regarding the Nation and a spiritual one regarding us as individuals and the Body, the Church. Drawn away but still in the midst of it.

In the world but not of it
Pulled away to Goshen, whilst the judgement rages.
In the storm but in the eye
Near God, drawn by Him to himself, for our security but also his purposes

How he wishes to rescue us and save a Continent.

In my “minds eye” I was taken to another rescue. When the Titanic was sinking, the Cunard Line ship Carpathia, which was 4 hours away, responded to Titanic’s distress call. Covering over 50 miles to reach her, herself dodging icebergs to get there. To eventually rescue 705 or so Titanic passengers.

The distress call was known as CQD Come Quick Danger.

I felt to look up the name Carpathia. It’s most common reference is the Carpathian Mountain range stretching in a SE direction from Northern Slovakia through to Moldova. Touching the western edge of the Black Sea. The furthermost eastern part of Europe.

I felt the Spirit speak … “Just as the Carpathia was sent to rescue the Titanic survivors, so shall My Titanic send her boats to rescue Carpathia, for there will be survivors”. This re emphasises the fuller scope of all that Great Britain is in the midst of … is connected to Europe, even to its farthest eastern reaches, and to places we would not necessarily consider. The Lifeguard part 2 outlines this need.

I looked up some background … the areas ( Carpathia) ancient territory came under the Dacians, a Thracian, people of the southern Carpathian region. Often in conflict with Rome and co supported by the Scythians. Romania and Moldova and parts of Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine represent its current region. It is thought the Dacian-Thracian people are descendants of the Scythians.

It is thought by some scholars that the Scythians and Magog are the same.

The Romanisation of these areas occurred as Rome conquered and asserted it more permanent presence in the region. Hence Romania, as it is known today. Also many Roman gods becoming “functioning” within the culture. I single out 2. Who in mythology were thought to be half brothers. Apollo and Mercury.

Mercury is the god of financial gain, commerce, eloquence, messages, communication (including divination), travellers, boundaries, luck, trickery and thieves; he also serves as the guide of souls to the underworld. As well as associated with healing.

Apollo has been variously recognized as a god of music, truth and prophecy, healing, the sun and light, plague, poetry, and more. Both were associated with healing and both had a caduceus / staff as their emblem. On which was a snake wrapped around a pole or two snakes intertwined

***As I listened (I LATER)*** I saw the mast of an ancient ship. But it was seemingly being overcome by banks of huge, monstrously high waves and deep, deep troughs in extremely high seas .All I saw was the last 10 foot of its ships mast disappear below the waves. What looked like twisted serpent(s) writhed near, on the top of its mast. I did not see it rise. That does not mean it wont!

My mind went to Psalm 2 . Why are the nations in an uproar
And the peoples devising a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand
And the rulers take counsel together
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us tear their fetters apart
And cast away their cords from us!”

… And I saw a massive map of Europe and various people were seated around energetically busying themselves concerning the Continent. I saw men and women in power, moving wooden blocks. They were about 3×2 inches and dyed of various colours, red, green, yellow, blue etc.
Like tokens on a board game. And they were busy moving these blocks to different positions and making adjustments with others.

The scripture came to mind from Ps 24 The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place?

[*** Following this, I then/now saw the mast of an ancient ship sinking below the waves, the last 10 foot of it. It was all I saw of the vessel. But the mast had an emblem, looking like interlocking coiled snake(s).]
I knew it to represent Rome / EU and its power. If not utterly sinking, then in deep trouble, below in the trough and the waves crest. As I did not see it rise from its trough in the waves ! ! !

I then saw the massive map divided at its surface by the irregular edge of a curtain, which had been dropped down, vertically, hanging taught from above. One couldn’t see the top of the curtain. It had been dropped down by The Lord God Almighty. As I looked from above … I could see the right side of the curtain, the east side. Clearly visible, was the mainland of Europe. To the left of the curtain, the west, was obscured from the east side, the other side of the curtain, as if hidden, was Great Britain.

The east could not see the west, it was hidden. As I observed the people in the east couldn’t see past the curtain to Great Britain and I heard the word “mystery”. Some things, at some times, remain hidden to some people until the right time.

I heard from Isaiah …And He, the Lord God is speaking to GB, in connection with EU / Egypt

 I heard – Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Which turned out to be chapter 41:10 this drew my eyes to some of the verses that followed … 11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.
12 Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. 13 For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
These seemed to be the pertinent verses. But later after pursuing the “curtain” picture I read through the whole chapter of Isaiah 41 and let Him speak concerning it.(later)

But Isaiah is 41:10 the word dismayed … means not to look around anxiously, with apprehension, expecting trouble, as if there is no one to help … resist that! Because He is with you, He is with US.
Then again looking at the curtain that separated east from west … I was quite easily led to Exodus 14

Exodus 14 .
I was led through it verse by verse. At this point it will be good for the reader to have opened as one reads on the scriptures for Exodus 14.

V2b Tell the sons of Israel to turn back and camp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol ( abundance of hills/tower) and the sea; you shall camp in front of Baal-zephon … God chose this very place and this very time.
V3 they Israel are entangled in the land … the thick sedge reed type grass, makes the going tough. But we will see it made the going tough for Egypt (v 250
v 4 he will harden or strengthen Pharaoh’ s heart – God is in control, doing the unlikely! in the hardening/strengthening . We see it again in v8. We see it again in v 17 regarding Pharaohs heart.
The EU sought to gain honour and glory for themselves at Britain expense, its peoples and its lands. God gives His glory to no one. He will gain honour over Pharaoh and its army – The natural, worldly fleshy one but also the supernatural one. That they may know that I Am He … they will know our God is the Lord.

V7 Egypt showed regret, the wrong type of regret at letting Israel (Britain go) The Lord is in control. He hardens whom he hardens. We see this in the tensions during the negotiating.
V6 Pharaoh took his very best troops. God always gives us, His own his very best.
V8/9 true to His word, God continued to work behind the scenes on behalf of His own. Knowing this this … can give us faith, causing us to be bold

Beside Pi-hahiroth, in front of Baal-zephon. Has a few meanings combined

Mouth of caverns ( devour) or describes gorges. Also referenced to poor soil, damp, semi marshy. Where sedges grow … a type of reed, the appearance of really thick grass. That has a triangular shaped stem with inconspicuous flowers. The Red Sea is known as the Sea of Reeds … reeds can denote weakness, weaknesses.

At Israel/GB’s weakest moments, its most exposed place – We are at the sea of weaknesses.

This thick grass/reed is a symbol of Upper Egypt. Upper having the higher place. Feeds off, gorges itself with its cavernous mouth on those in the weak reeds. The symbol of the Lower Egypt is the bee. To Egypt a symbol of royalty and power. Bear in mind, the lesser, lowly position to the Upper … the bee is a wisdom symbol to Israel of the promised land … connects the milk and honey. We also are entangled within both parties, due to our weaknesses.

The reed, thick grass, is known in that area as a sedge … and is called the earth almond … and the almond tree/staff … is the symbol of authority of word and God, watching over his word to perform it.

The other meaning is related – of a hole in a door and the place of wild beasts. The hole in the door bears comparison here to the smaller door inside the build of a larger door ( the eye of a needle) … where one entered in. If one is loaded down with wares on ones camel … in order to enter the smaller door, one has to take off ones load and enter in just, as and by oneself. Pride lowered. BOTH !?! We need understand the spirit of Antichrist is connected to the beast. He fell with pride.

Baal’s reference to Canaanite lord or their gods, the focus is on protection by Baal. Baal is described as keeping peoples security, but as by lurking, a sign of rule by FEAR. Whereas Yahweh’s stance is different and open in love with his own. But not devoid of power or love. Love empowers not negates

V10 Israel began to fear as Egypt (Europe) showed strength … creating a deeper fear in Israel, God touches our external, that touches our internal, that we might reach/touch the Eternal – Thus they

Cried out to God. There is no God like Jehovah …
Behold He comes riding on the clouds,
Shining like the sun at the trumpet call,
Lift your voice, it’s the year of jubilee,
And out of Zion’s hill salvation comes.

V12 let us alone++ … the second type of reference like this …my paraphrase … “give in”,”stay in” is the Remainer’s cry – it is better to die a slave, in or of Egypt than … live (and not fall) serving God.
V13 Today He says to us, what He says to them then … Do not be afraid, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which HE WILL accomplish FOR you. He will still do it now against the seeming might of Europe. The Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace.
V15a Moses remembered the Lord who spoke to him today … was the SAME Lord, that hid Him in the cleft of the rock and he was not destroyed, nor did he perish. He Saw God and lived.
V15b just as he survived then so will Israel, Great Britain and us, survive today … His sovereign strength will purpose it. Tell them BELIEVE go forward, cross over WITH Me. We are to become a Moses people.

Lift up your staff … lift up your rod, lift up The Cross … like Moses lifted the snake pinned to the cross in the desert. Lift up your Jesus for when I am lifted up I will draw all men unto myself .. not just you, not just me, not just UK but Europe as well. I will draw ALL men unto myself – The Ultimate Prize is heaven and earth’s ultimate gain.
1Cor 1:18 For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

He said…I will overturn the tables of the money changers.
I will take them and you and Britain and Europe through, ON DRY ground by way of the sea … by way of Miracle Alley

Lift up the rod … when Israel was in the desert … and they rebelled ++against Moses and Aaron … God sent snakes, many were bitten and died. But those who looked to the cross, even, especially the rebellious, were healed and saved.
The behaviour of those that moaned were rebellious and is likened today to man’s fearful stance against the Brexit situation

Today he calls us to fashion another rod, the cross of Christ the power of God unto salvation to atone for our /their wrong under – standing.

The snake nailed to the cross shows that the evil is still controlled and we ask the Lord to subdue. Lord we lift up Jesus the source of all life and the salvation of the living and the dead, remember mercy in judgement, lord mercy before judgement. Subdue.
The Lord responds by letting the separation to begin, for real, in the realms of His choosing and timing. Sovereign

V17 As for Me, behold, I will [j]harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them; and I will be honored through Pharaoh and all his army, through his chariots and his horsemen.
Gods response, the same as in v4 and v8 hardening / strengthening

I will continue to lead them to do what I am leading them to do … He is in control has been from before, if not from before the very beginning.
To bring you and all those under them to my place of release
There is a place of release

V18 the Victor (I the Lord) you know … they will know that I am the victor
V19 the Lord moved to his predetermined place … the hardening had led them to the place of ambush … right from the very onset. Praise the Lord oh you his people extol his great and mighty name on high
V19 the Lord Himself positioned Himself behind them … he who went before Israel, he who goes before us now goes behind … enticing

But He came between Israel and Egypt,( the curtain) He comes between Britain and EU as a faithful shield
Giving light by night (curtain) … and neither could come nearer one another

UNTIL ITS TIME

I sense Him saying…THE BOOT IS ON THE OTHER FOOT, WHEN YOU ARE AT THE WEAKEST YOU ACTUALLY ARE AT THE STRONGEST … THE BOOT IS ON THE OTHER FOOT … He further says
They have been pressing now its my turn to press
V21 Moses stretched out the rod
Gods response a strong east wind came to bear
V22 the dry ground dried and divided the waters … the time to nationally cross had come
the walls of water – congealed – the walls of water standing tall and solid and firm
in Ish 41 it was the red light symbol (see later)

V23 unaware to EU/Egypt the Lord had led them there … the EU pursued on their course … leading to here
V24 … the morning watch 0300-0600 – the time that naturally most people are thought to die / the beginning of a new daylight sunrise

In 3 hours chaos was caused. He looked down from where He is – and we are seated there with Him

V24 He troubled Egypt … result – a different process … and God worked on Israel
V25 some Egyptians saw truth , knew God was fighting for Israel… some turned away, but most panicked v 28 went in themselves, after Moses stretched out Gods staff in his hand

In the morning – the waters turned to normal depths
Not one survived … but there are survivors among the lost of Britain and the lost of Europe … and God, Father God, the Lord of all the heavens and all the earth … has heard Europe’s, Britain’s, mine and yours distress call… CQD … and sends out the boats. To the farthermost ends of …

V25 the wheels of the chariots … got clogged up with the weeds – the very thing that represented Israel’s weakness, because God was fighting for them. Egypt thought their gods stronger.

V25 And He took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them with difficulty; and the Egyptians said, “Let us flee from the face of Israel, for the Lord fights for them against the Egyptians.”
The tables of the money lenders has been overturned. And the way for Gods purpose for Britain begun and the doors to Europe’s freedom opened.

V30 So the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. 31 Thus Israel saw the great [h]work which the Lord had done in Egypt; so the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord and His servant Moses.

But … CQD … Come Quick Danger.

****After writing this … I followed a UK news programme … which was dealing with the moment by moment responses from both the EU and Britain’s Brexit point of view.

The commentator at 1612 BST was heard to say “The wheels are coming off”

Ex 14:25 And He took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them with difficulty; and the Egyptians said, “Let us flee from the face of Israel, for the Lord fights for them against the Egyptians.”
