“The Holy Spirit Is Waiting To Give You Power!

Whether you realize it or not you have been in the Upper Room all of your life as God has been secretly preparing you for the day that He would endue you with His power to reach the lost; and your day has finally come! And the reason that your long wilderness has lingered is because the Lord has needed to do some final purification and deliverance so that you are truly ready to stand as you face the coming challenges and persecutions as you walk in a great and mighty anointing!
AC 1:5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
God knows you must be above reproach and daily connected to Him so that you can stay strong and clean in the demanding days ahead, because the enemy will try to exploit any chinks in your armor if He can. So getting free from secret sin-habits and learning to love and forgive from your heart is imperative to keeping that precious anointing and fellowship with the Holy Spirit that you will constantly need. God only sends people into places where their fruit and character can keep them!
LK 11:13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
So what should you be doing right now on the eve of God’s mighty outpouring upon you life? This is a time to be praying and fasting, and feeding on the Lord through prayer, reading the word, and just spending your time and attention during your day with Him as your only focus and goal. You see, all real anointing flows from the level of intimacy that you maintain with God on a daily basis, not from activity or ministry. So be encouraged today because the Holy Spirit is waiting to give you power!
AC 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
