This is a time of sending and receiving. Not only need we take care in what we are receiving, using the junk folder and “delete”. We must be equally aware of what we are sending.
Is the message you are broadcasting one which you have received from me?
Do not be premature in sending my revelation. But soak in me.
I will prepare the target-receiver. I will prepare your heart like a field;
Plowing the rough portions, turning over the weeds until my pure revelation appears.Become like me: My timing is perfect, my motives are true.
Above all, you must realize that no prophecy in Scripture ever came from the prophet’s own understanding, or from human initiative. No, those prophets were moved by the Holy Spirit, and they spoke from God. 2 Peter 1:20-21 (NLT)
Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.
