MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND BRING FELLOW BELIEVERS TO THESE PRE-TOUR EVENTS. PRAYER MEETING
Join other believers at the upcoming communitywide prayer meeting to ask God to open hearts to the Gospel across North Carolina. We will pray and be led in songs of praise by Freddy Washington, former worship leader at The Brooklyn Tabernacle.
CHRISTIAN LIFE AND WITNESS COURSE
Whether you’ve shared the Gospel many times or you’re new to witnessing, CLWC will equip you with practical ways to tell others about Jesus Christ and pray with those who want to make a decision for Him—during the tour or on your own.
Please also continue lifting up men, women, and children across our state in prayer. Here are some specific ways to pray for people in North Carolina this week.
• More than a third of people in North Carolina who identify as Christians don’t practice their faith—they don’t read God’s Word or spend time in fellowship with other believers. Will you pray that God will transform many of these men and women into bold witnesses for Jesus Christ during the tour? • Each week, women from all across the Southeast travel to Charlotte, the sixth stop on the tour, to have abortions at one of the city’s three—and soon to be four—abortion clinics. Please pray that God would rescue these unborn lives and move in the hearts of our state’s leaders to bring an end to this evil in North Carolina and across our nation.
• Right now, hundreds of individuals and churches all across the state are working to reach people in their communities with the Gospel through the tour this October. Will you ask the Lord to strengthen them and bless them as they serve?
