First Miracle at Ambo, Ethiopia Crusade
Evangelist Daniel King
I always ask God for a significant miracle on the first night of a crusade. When everyone sees a miracle, they go home talking about it and the next night many more people come.

I saw this woman who was standing to the side of the platform. I saw her leaning on her cane with her eyes closed. She was calling out to God for help. I felt prompted to go over to her to pray for her. After praying, I asked her about her cane. She said she could not walk without it. I grabbed her hand and asked her to test her body to see if Jesus had touched her. At first she was holding onto my arm, but after a few steps she grew stronger. After a minute, she was walking by herself without her cane.

I brought her up on the stage. She was walking wobbly at first and one pastor was not sure if we should have her testify. He asked me, “Is this a real miracle?” I replied, “God is working in her body.” I shared what was happening to her with the crowd. She walked back and forth across the stage without her cane but she was leaning a little bit. I handed her the cane and she lifted it high above her head. She walked some more and was strengthened. We interviewed her and she said that everyone in the city knew her. She explained that usually she walks bent over, with her hands on the ground. She demonstrated what she meant.
“Has Jesus healed you now?” we asked.
“Yes!” she replied.
We started to sing. As the singers led us in an upbeat song, Jesus touched the woman. She began to dance. She jumped up and down and worshiped God for ten minutes. She no longer needed her cane. She cried out to God in thanks for her miracle. Everyone in the crowd was rejoicing with her for her miracle.
