A Vision of Heaven Touching Down Over a Region
Two weeks ago, God gave me the most awesome visionary experience. At night, I saw in the spirit what it looks like when Heaven touches down in a region. In this vision, I was summoned to appear in a certain city. There was a gathering of hungry Believers, apostles, prophets and intercessors. The gathering was not at one specific meeting or house of worship, but rather God had called sons and daughters from other states, cities, nations and regions to be in this one region at the appointed time. There were supernatural miracles breaking out, salvations happening in the marketplace and streets everyday, people being filled with the Holy Ghost in schools and workplaces, and all types of testimonies of Jesus changing lives. It was as if the entire region had come under an open Heaven. I heard the servants of God talking, and no one could pin point how or why this was happening and no one could take credit. Then a man I knew to be an angel said, “Come and see.” I was immediately taken to the edge of this region, where I saw that Heaven had touched down to earth. God opened my eyes to see the throne of God had come down to earth. Even though it had moved into the earth realm from my vantage point, I could only see underneath it. It was massive in size, height and width. Activity Around the Throne There was living light, thunder, lightning, angelic activity, and sounds that inspired fear and awe! There was so much activity that it was hard to make out all of the details. I saw the living wheels, and they were not just huge but gigantic. They stood at least hundreds of feet tall and wide. The activity and structure under the throne was the size of a skyscraper. There was so much activity around and under the throne that I could barely focus on any one thing for any lengthy point of time. Gods’ throne, the angels, and the living glory around and beneath it consumed the atmosphere. High above my head (thousands of feet), I heard the voice of our Father say, “This is what it looks like when I come down to earth! Some will see this but most will not.” He downloaded into my spirit that the reason the open Heaven had broken out, making it easy to work miracles, win souls, witness for Jesus, and bring transformation, was because His throne representing His dominion had parked in that region. There was only a few that He allowed to see Him in the spirit there. Others could sense and feel the “heavens were open” but had no idea what was happening behind the scenes in the Kingdom of God. Principalities Dethroned He then spoke to me from high above, “This is My judgment!” I saw where the principalities over the region were judged and dethroned from the second heavens, as Heaven’s presence occupied the territory they once controlled. For a very short space of time these principalities wrecked havoc, but Believers in this region quickly defeated them and stripped them of power and influence almost instantly. The principalities control over the minds and hearts of men where broken, making it easier to share the Gospel and see God’s power demonstrated. The Fear and Awe of God! I came out of this encounter impacted by the fear of God and the awe of seeing the Father’s glory in action. The next day I thought about a story a friend of mine shared with me from the 1980s. He had traveled with some of the greatest preachers of the 60s to 90s, and saw many great supernatural happenings. In one particular meeting he said that for the first and only time, he saw the heavens open and the throne of God descend from Heaven. It looked to consume the entire sky above the platform and crowd of over 200,000 people. He ran for his life and hid under an object on the stage and immediately begin to repent. The greatest miracles and testimonies he ever saw broke out instantly, as the fear of God hit the atmosphere. The people received the blessing and manifestation, but he saw behind the scenes what was taking place in the spirit. He had seen Jesus appear in many meetings, but never had he seen the Father begin to descend. I left from this encounter impacted by the fear and awe of seeing God’s glory and power in an intense manner. In my spirit, I felt that more of these type of sovereign visitations from Heaven would take place in cities, regions and nations all around the world. Man would not be able to take credit due to their gifts, marketing, or social media following. All of the glory would belong to God. Prepare and pray as the Father wants Heaven to touch down!
