NATURAL SUPERNATURAL KINGDOM MULTIPLICATION – Ron McGatlin

In this age of transition, many sons and daughters of God have spiritually grown into sons of the kingdom of God and are entering into the spiritual reality of the kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. As maturing sons walking in the kingdom, they hear the call to multiply the kingdom and fill the earth.

In past decades, we, as the church, believed that getting people saved had multiplied the kingdom of God, and that getting them saved and into church had surely multiplied it. Yes, they had been born again, and we had grown the church, but remained as babies, unable to even see, let alone receive, the reality of the kingdom of heaven/kingdom of God on earth. We could not give them what we did not have ourselves.

We were preaching the gospel of salvation, the gospel of being born again, which is the first step in the much larger real gospel of the kingdom that Jesus preached and demonstrated on earth.

Matthew 4:17: “From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’”

Mark 1:14-15, “…Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15 and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.’”

Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” (The word “end” in this verse is translated from the Greek word “telos” and means reaching a set goal.)

After about 2000 years, the Gospel of the Kingdom has finally, in the past few decades, been proclaimed on a broader scale to many of the people of God. To the glory of God, Christ Jesus is again preaching and demonstrating the real kingdom of God in the total sacrificial LOVE of God in the maturing sons of God.

SONS OF GOD

For around two millennia, creation has eagerly awaited the sons of God to be revealed, to restore the world to the kingdom of God. The disciples and Paul preached the gospel of the kingdom, healed the sick and did many miracles. Yet Paul wrote that creation is groaning, waiting for the sons of God to be revealed on earth.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
“For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.” Romans 8:14,19.

Sons of God are Spirit-led and not led by their natural minds. They may be young in years yet mature in Spirit God, filled with the LOVE of God that brings unlimited wisdom and power.

THE GOOD NEWS OF LOVE

The gospel of the kingdom is the good news of God/Love in and with mankind ruling unchallenged in this world now. That is true peace and goodwill toward man. Our natural fallen minds do not understand or recognize love. Only in the Spirit can we know and understand what God’s love is and what it is not.

Our natural mind believes itself to be supreme; therefore, our human compassion and natural animalistic desires are seen as love. Only in the Spirit can our minds come into agreement with the far greater love of God.

The love of God is greater, higher, and more powerful than natural love for our mates, children, parents, and all relational love on earth. God’s love does not abolish natural human affections, but it brings them into a godly order of truth and purification under the love of and for God.

The highest order of all things on earth is the love of and for God. In love with God is the ultimate relationship of heaven and earth. All else begins and orders in love with God. There is no greater love than laying down my life for a friendship with God.

KINGDOM MULTIPLICATION

Natural life is designed by God to reproduce and multiply itself in its kind.

Throughout God’s creation, living and growing things continue to exist and multiply. Natural incentives are designed to cause procreation. Spirit God has created natural laws that cannot be changed or duplicated by mankind. The most mankind can do is to work within the natural laws of God to create desired results in the world.

God spoke a life mission into Adam and Eve; they were told to “Be fruitful and multiply.” “Then God blessed them, and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.’” Genesis 1:28.

The natural creation is a picture or facsimile of the unseen Spiritual reality that can help us grasp the workings of the Spirit realm. To consider multiplying the Kingdom of God/heaven, let’s compare the laws or ways of natural multiplication.

In general terms, a seed and some form of matter to receive and grow the seed into that from which it came are evolved. To ensure the process comes together, there are usually natural incentives of some form to tend to make it happen.

Consider plants and flowers. To bear fruit and multiply, some form of pollination process takes place. The plant produces an attractive flower that contains the pollen that another plant needs to make a seed. It also needs pollen from another plant. Bees and other flying insects, and some birds, like to eat and store the pollen. They go from bloom to bloom and plant to plant, and all involved get their needs met for multiplication.

The natural laws planted in them for this process are natural laws of creation and multiplication set by God. The flower is attractive to the insects and birds. Then the bloom releases a sweet aroma, filling the breeze and drawing them to the plant. They all win, and multiplication takes place.

Consider the human animal. You can easily see these laws of multiplication working basically the same way. Male and female do their thing to multiply, like plants and all living things. A female makes herself attractive and adds some perfume for aroma and romance does its thing, multiplying the people in the world, again through the natural laws of nature made by God. Chemical changes occur inside the body, causing desires in the body and mind, all according to natural laws designed by God to bring about multiplication.

Nobody has to put up a sign or call out to the feral male cats in the neighborhood when the female feral cat that stays under my back deck is ready to multiply. There are natural, supernatural ways through which multiplication is designed to come about in all creation.

THE NATURAL SUPERNATURAL WAY OF MULTIPLYING THE KINGDOM

Spiritually, how is God going to cause us to multiply the kingdom of God on earth? He is going to cause things in the people that He is bringing into His kingdom. That will cause you, the kingdom person, to be drawn to the person or people who are made ready to be planted with the seed of the kingdom. Yes, I said that correctly. The kingdom people are the seed planter, and like the male animal or the bee, we will be drawn to the female animal, or the plant that is blooming and emitting some form of spiritual message that “my good soil is ready, plant the kingdom seed here.”

This is SPIRITUAL more than natural. We cannot figure out the signs in our minds and hunt for them. We must be in the Spirit and led by the Spirit to feel the drawing of God to boldly plant the kingdom seed.

Keep in mind the kingdom seed is not just the word of salvation. It is redemption from sin and separation from God to a whole new life with God in His kingdom on earth now and forever.

How will we find them? We do not hunt for them; they come to us as we go about our lives in this world.

WHY DO THEY APPEAR BEFORE US

Now, finally, here is the part of our desirable appearance and fragrance that draws them to us. Yep, you guessed it. It is LOVE! God’s pure, holy love. We just go about our way doing and being as God leads in our lives, and the love of God in us will flow out of us. The prepared person with an already plowed and harrowed heart of fertile soil will be drawn to us. The plowing and preparation of their heart soil is usually the result of the total failure of their natural life. The results of striving to fix their lives through good psychology or religion have brought them to a place of giving up on making it in this unreal, phony world.

This is just one example. There may be many other situations that have caused them to be drawn to the love and truth of God in you.

There is also proclaiming or preaching the gospel of the kingdom to groups of people. Some will have ears to hear and others will not. This is like sowing, rather than planting one seed at a time, in those whose hearts are prepared to receive and grow the seed of the kingdom.

THE SOIL THAT GROWS THE KINGDOM SEED

”Then He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: ‘Behold, a sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth. 6 But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away. 7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them. 8 But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 9 He who has ears to hear, let him hear!’” Matthew 13:3-9.

The Parable of the Sower Explained

“Therefore hear the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. 20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. 22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. 23 But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.” Matthew 13:18-23.

Please notice in verse one of this parable that the seed is the WORD of the KINGDOM. It did not say the word of God or salvation. It is the word of the kingdom. We may be able to hear and bear the fruit of much of the word of God, including the word of salvation, and yet not be able to grow the fruit of the word of the kingdom to completion.

The seed that fell by the wayside fell by the roadside where many people had walked, and ox carts had made the ground (heart soil) hard. This is the hardened heart under the oppressive load of many people’s boots walking on it. The scars and unhealed abuses of past life have hardened the heart, and the kingdom seed cannot get in to grow, and the devil steals it away.

The stony ground person who receives but quickly withers with resistance is the one who has a hard rock foundation of religious teachings that are at best incomplete and therefore erroneous, and often even mixed with doctrines of demons. This person strongly believes that they already have the answers to everything they need.

The one choked out by thorn bushes is the person who is busy trying to get more of what God has promised to provide those who “seek first His kingdom.” They are too busy trying to provide and soon become too obsessed with riches to grow the seed of the kingdom to fruition.

The good heart soil is the one who has been thoroughly plowed, and all grass, weeds and thorn bushes are plowed under and disced into pieces. Their heart soil is prepared and fertile to grow the seed word of the kingdom to full maturity and production of the kingdom of God/heaven on earth.

There is a fresh odor or smell released by freshly plowed fertile land. Our spirit will recognize the presence of prepared soil to receive the word of the kingdom.

The greater contains the lesser.

The seed of the kingdom contains all parts, such as repentance, salvation, spirit filling, miracle-working gifts, forgiveness, power, wisdom, communion with God, and everything else God needs for them to have and use.

Literally Spirit Christ Jesus in our lives equips us with all things to bring forth the kingdom of heaven/God on earth as it is in heaven.

Live in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit.
Love never fails.
