COMMUNING WITH SPIRIT GOD ALMIGHTY – Ron McGatlin

Spirit God is beyond our understanding. Our human minds cannot begin to understand the magnitude of the power, intelligence, and wisdom that created and continues to sustain the world, all that is in it, and all that exists in the heavens.

Father God of all is Spirit in Whom all power, all life, all knowledge, and all wisdom abides and emanates into the existence of that which is seen and unseen.

Even beyond all that, Spirit Father God is LOVE. Love in action produces light that brings life and destroys death and darkness. The light of love produces righteousness, peace, and joy.

ALMIGHTY GOD LOVES AND DESIRES YOU AND ME

It seems impossible that any human being could ever have an audience with anyone of such majestic, unthinkable authority, power, and wisdom.

Yet Almighty God in Christ Jesus is “knocking on our door” today seeking to commune with us. This unthinkable reality is beyond the forgiveness of sin and salvation.

It is sitting down and “supping” together one-on-one with Almighty God. Communing with God through Christ Spirit-to-Spirit. Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, fills our being, and Christ becomes us, His body on Earth. Literally, we no longer live, but Christ Jesus lives where we once lived.

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith as the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Galatians 2:20.

This is the greater fullness of becoming true sons of God, manifesting the reality of Christ Jesus as the true Body of Christ on earth. This is the manifest GLORY of God filling the world. It is also the end of our lives as they have been in the church age, as the kingdom age comes forth on earth as it is in heaven.

SPIRIT ROMANCE OF FALLING IN LOVE WITH GOD

He is truly seeking a collective Bride of many members.

As His collective Bride-to-be, we can only come to know that Almighty God truly desires to become one with us when we experience His manifested love and affection, in His glorious presence.

God is Spirit; to experience His loving affection as a group, we must enter His gates with thanksgiving in a spirit of thankfulness and deep gratefulness. Then enter His courts with praise and finally into His chambers with deep and true worship.

As we experience His loving, all-consuming presence in true worship together, especially with singing our heartfelt praise in worship song to Him, we experience His great love and desire for us. Our hearts respond in total, overwhelming love for Him. We are in love with Him and with one another. (Psalm 100).

Everything else becomes secondary to being with Him and pleasing Him in all ways. We become one with Him in the Spirit marriage of the Lamb and in one accord with one another.

THE GIFT OF KNOWING SPIRIT GOD

To know God is to love Him. God is love, and God is Spirit.

Only by the Spirit and in the Spirit can we experience the reality and wonderful, all-consuming presence of love in our being that draws us to give our lives, body, soul, and spirit to God.

This is the process of losing our lives to truly find the real life in God as true sons of God, in Christ, by Holy Spirit.

There is nothing greater in this life than truly falling in love with God and allowing Spirit Christ Jesus to abide in us as we abide in Him. Spiritually, we abide and are seated with Christ in the heavenlies, and at the same time, Christ abides and works in and through us here on Earth.

As redeemed Spirit beings, we literally have the same potential to move and operate in the God given sphere of service as a part of the Body of Christ, establishing and operating in the kingdom of God on earth.

This is the great fulfillment of our purpose here in this world. All authority, power, and wisdom needed to fulfill our job or purpose are upon us and within us in Christ Jesus.

All things are possible with God. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.

JESUS MADE FOLLOWERS

Consider our Apostle and High Priest Christ Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who is the only begotten Son of Father God. Now becoming many Sons in His Body on Earth who are crucified with Christ Jesus and now manifest Him and His work into this world. “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” John 14:12.

Can we really follow Christ and do the works that He did and even more because He went back to the Father and returned in the Holy Spirit to live in us, His Body? Yes! And even greater as He lives in us, His manifesting sons of God.

Jesus preached the kingdom of God and demonstrated the love and power of the kingdom as He traversed the land.

He built no church buildings and established no religions or religious orders.

He spoke to many people in open-air gatherings, went into the synagogues, temples, and homes, and spoke the words of Father. He attended feasts and weddings and proclaimed the kingdom of God to the people that would hear wherever He went. Healings and miracles confirmed the words he spoke. He healed all who came to Him.

With a heart of love and zeal for the real things of God, He rebuked the religious Pharisees and drove out the merchandisers and money changers from the house of prayer.

He finished the Old Testament covenant of promise, sacrifices, offerings, and feasts. He established the New Testament covenant of love and the gospel (good news) of the kingdom. He provided for the salvation of this world and mankind to bring forth the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.

“Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus.” Hebrews 3:1.

“It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:63.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8.

Christ Jesus is alive and in the world today.

Jesus is again calling to His people, “FOLLOW ME.”
