“Hezbollah is trying to divert our attention for the war in Gaza, disrupting the lives of Israeli residents of the north. The aggression and attacks carried out by Hezbollah are fully backed by Iran, and are the service to the Iranian regime that wishes to harm Israel.” -Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, the chief spokesman for Israel’s military

(Jerusalem, Israel) — [CBN News] The US says it’s planning more attacks, along with Britain, against Iranian-backed militias after carrying out dozens of airstrikes against targets in Syria and Iraq, as well as the Houthis in Yemen. (Image: Pixabay)

The Biden administration is responding to the killing of three American military personnel in an attack on Tower 22 in northeastern Jordan last week. Tower 22 is a US military base near the Syrian and Iraqi borders of Jordan.

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan announced, “This was the beginning of our response. There will be more steps. Some of those steps will be seen. Some may not be seen but there will be more action taken to respond to the death—the tragic death—of the three brave US service members.

Conservatives have argued that the Biden team’s weak retaliatory strikes had not worked so far, with 160 enemy attacks on US bases or ships since mid-October.

Sullivan added, “We cannot rule out more attacks from Iranian-backed militias in Iraq and Syria or from the Houthis. We have to be clear about that. The president is being clear about that—has told his military commanders that they need to be positioned to respond to further attacks as well.”

He warned if Iran hits the US directly, there will be trouble.

“From the perspective of Tehran, if they chose to respond directly to the United States they would be met with a swift and forceful response from us.”

Meanwhile, another Iranian proxy, Hezbollah, has been ramping up rocket attacks along Israel’s northern border, and Israel has retaliated with more than 3,400 strikes throughout southern Lebanon.

Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, the chief spokesman for Israel’s military, announced this weekend that Israel has moved three IDF divisions to northern Israel. He claims Hezbollah has aligned itself with Hamas in Gaza since the outbreak of the war.

“Hezbollah is trying to divert our attention for the war in Gaza, disrupting the lives of Israeli residents of the north,” said Hagari. “The aggression and attacks carried out by Hezbollah are fully backed by Iran, and are the service to the Iranian regime that wishes to harm Israel.”

Hagari contends Israel is fighting intensely to reshape security and push Hezbollah back from the border, allowing Israeli evacuees to return home.

“According to the UN Security Resolution 1701, following the Second Lebanon War, the presence of armed Hezbollah operatives south of the Litani River is prohibited,” he stated. “Despite the UN Resolution, Hezbollah turned southern Lebanon into its main stronghold.”

In the controversy over funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in Gaza, the European Union’s leading foreign policy diplomat argued the defunding UNRWA would be dangerous because it would cut off aid to Palestinians in Gaza.

His remarks came as a video surfaced recently showing Palestinian children at a school in eastern Jerusalem run by UNRWA bragging about wanting to murder Jews.

“We have been taught that the Jews kill our children,” one young student declares. Another said, “stabbing and trampling Jews brings respect to the Palestinians,” and another said she’s “ready to carry out a suicide attack.”

Israeli intelligence revelations indicate that UNRWA workers in Gaza participated in the October 7th massacre and kidnapping of hostages.

As hostage negotiations continue, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted Israel will not agree to a deal at all costs to free the hostages held in Gaza. He said Hamas battalions must be destroyed, the terrorist infrastructure cleared out, and tunnels neutralized.

Hamas appears ready to refuse the hostage release deal if Israel doesn’t agree to stop the war. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“There was a time when standing with Israel was bipartisan. Not any longer. Among the first acts Speaker Johnson led the House in passing was critical funding for our key ally Israel. That measure has languished in the Senate for over three months with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer refusing to hold a hearing.” -Family Research Council President Tony Perkins

The Washington Stand has obtained a copy of a letter House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is preparing to send to his colleagues. It reads, in part, “Next week, we will take up and pass a clean, standalone Israel supplemental package.” The letter continues, “During debate in the House and in numerous subsequent statements, Democrats made clear that their primary objection to the original House bill was with its offsets. The Senate will no longer have excuses, however misguided, against swift passage of this critical support for our ally.” In the letter, Johnson declares, “Given the Senate’s failure to move appropriate legislation in a timely fashion, and the perilous circumstances currently facing Israel, the House will continue to lead.”

Since Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel, Senate Democrats have failed to approve military funding for the embattled nation, while simultaneously pushing continued funding for Ukraine. Under Johnson’s leadership, the House approved an aid package for Israel months ago, but the Democrat-controlled Senate has yet to approve it. Johnson had required funding for Ukraine and Israel to be passed in two separate votes, as a means of ensuring financial accountability and at least come degree of accountability for US taxpayer dollars. Johnson’s initial proposal would have freed up funding for Israel and Ukraine by slashing the IRS’ budget, to the tune of billions of dollars.

“There was a time when standing with Israel was bipartisan. Not any longer,” said Family Research Council President Tony Perkins, in comments to The Washington Stand. “Among the first acts Speaker Johnson led the House in passing was critical funding for our key ally Israel. That measure has languished in the Senate for over three months with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer refusing to hold a hearing.” Perkins added, “Now, …Biden is imposing sanctions on so-called Jewish settlers living in the Biblical lands of Judea and Samaria. I applaud the House for taking the lead in supporting Israel.”

On Thursday, …Joe Biden issued an executive order imposing economic sanctions and visa bans against four Israeli individuals in the West Bank, labelling them “settlers” and accusing them of torching cars and buildings and attacking Palestinians and even Israeli peace activists. According to US officials, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denounced the sanctions, reasserting Israel’s right to self-defense. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

Mike Lee (R-UT) said Sunday in calling Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to be replaced. “Even while refusing to let us see the bill they claimed to be negotiating on our behalf—for MONTHS—they were never in doubt, insisting we’d be dumb and even unpatriotic NOT to support it,” Lee posted to X… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Click Here to read.

To make matters worse, South Dakota is powerless to provide the law enforcement help the tribes need, because the federal government has sole jurisdiction and responsibility to do so. The Biden Administration’s assistance has been so lacking that one tribe has been forced to sue ittwice…

[MRCTV.org] “Make no mistake, the cartels have a presence on several of South Dakota’s tribal reservations,” Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) said Wednesday, explaining how …Biden’s open-border policies have brought drugs, crime and gang activity to her state’s American Indian tribal reservations. (Screengrab image)

“The cartels are using our reservations to facilitate the spread of drugs throughout the Midwest,” Gov. Noem warned in a border address to a joint session of South Dakota’s legislature:

“South Dakota is directly affected by this invasion. We are affected by cartel presence on our tribal reservations; by the spread of drugs and human trafficking throughout our communities; and by the drain on our resources at the local, state, and federal level.”

“In particular, fentanyl—which is being manufactured by the Chinese and smuggled over our Southern Border—is causing these deaths. Total overdoses have increased by almost 20% across America since Joe Biden took office.”

The murderous illegal alien cartels are even recruiting tribal members to join in their criminal activities, Gov. Noem reported:

“Murders are being committed by cartel members on the Pine Ridge reservation and in Rapid City, and a gang called the ‘Ghost Dancers’ are affiliated with these cartels.

“They have been successful in recruiting tribal members to join their criminal activity. On the other side of the state, there is documented evidence of cartel activities on the Sisseton Wahpeton reservation and others.”

To make matters worse, South Dakota is powerless to provide the law enforcement help the tribes need, because the federal government has sole jurisdiction and responsibility to do so. The Biden Administration’s assistance has been so lacking that one tribe has been forced to sue ittwiceGov. Noem explained:

“The Oglala Sioux Tribe sued the federal government. They pointed to evidence that the level of violent crime, drug trafficking, and gang activity on the Reservation is staggering, unprecedented, and overwhelming law enforcement resources.

“A federal judge ordered the Biden Administration to come to the table and work with the Oglala Sioux Tribe to provide the desperately needed law enforcement resources. But Biden has failed to make good on that obligation, so now the Oglala Sioux Tribe is suing again.”

Crime is so rampant that a State of Emergency has been declared on the Pine Ridge reservation, as a result of the Biden Administration’s failure to honor its obligations.

Gov. Noem said she plans to support the tribe’s latest lawsuit against the Biden Administration, which was filed on January 24, 2024.

The complaint cites “the United States’ failure to adhere to its treaty and trust responsibility to provide adequate law enforcement resources, as well as violations of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.” (Screengrab image)

“We will continue as a nation to hold the United States accountable under our treaties,” the tribe’s president, Frank Star Comes Out, says in a press release:

“Any lawlessness in Pine Ridge starts in Washington DC! In the name of humanity, equal rights and justice, you have an oath to uphold. Honor the Treaties.”

“As far as the EU is concerned, the outside world and the inside world are clearly no longer in any meaningful relationship with each other: while more than 1,300 tractors are blocking the European Parliament and its burning forecourt outside, the 27 heads of state inside have not even put the farmers’ anger on their agenda.” -member of the European Parliament, Martin Sonneborn, wrote on X

On February 1, the Europe-wide farmers’ protest against policies threatening their existence reached Brussels, where protestors blocked many roads with tractors, started bonfires, set off fireworks, and toppled a statue in front of the European Parliament.

“We want to stop these crazy laws that come every single day from the European Commission,” a Spanish farmer representing his country’s farmer’s union told Reuters.

According to Reuters, the police used tear gas and water cannons against some protestors who tried to tear down barriers that were erected to protect the parliament.

The protest in Brussels happened in the context of a continent-wide uprising, including in France, where 10,000 farmers erected more than 100 blockades on important roads across the country. Farmer protests also took place in SpainPortugalItalyGreeceGermanyScotland and Ireland.

The fact is, no matter what the Biden administration does to treat law-abiding citizens like criminals, bad people still get guns and use them against law-abiding citizens who now have to jump through more hoops to arm themselves.

[PJMedia.com] Whistleblowers at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are saying that a 1300-page draft document has been written to justify a new rule that would require background checks on all gun sales. (Image: Pixabay)

“The fact that inside ATF sources are blowing the whistle on this draft rule is an indication of what a difficult position it would put the ATF in. ATF agents did not sign up to go after law-abiding citizens for private sales protected under the Second Amendment of the Constitution,” Tristan Leavitt, president of the watchdog group Empower Oversight, said in a press release Wednesday.

The watchdog group sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and ATF Director Steven M. Dettelbach on Wednesday demanding documents about the whistleblower’s claims. Empower Oversight says they learned through “two sources in the ATF that at the direction of the White House, the ATF has drafted a 1,300-page document in support of a rule that would effectively ban private sales of firearms from one citizen to another by requiring background checks for every sale.”

“Such an expansive rule that treats all private citizens the same as federal firearms licensees would circumvent the separation of powers in the Constitution, which grants ‘all legislative Powers’ to Congress while requiring that the President ‘take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.’ To the extent such a rule prevents the private sale of firearms, it would also clearly violate the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, which declares that “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed,'” Leavitt wrote…

[TheFederalist.com] After the chaotic 2020 election, leftist organizations began filing ethics and even criminal complaints against lawyers who opposed Democrats in election litigation. Democrats have recently expanded these tactics to lawyers who cross Democrats on any policy area. “Their most sweeping goal is to discourage and chill lawyers from representing Republicans and conservatives, particularly in election law cases. They want to apply a much higher standard to them in order to punish them,” says attorney Jim Bopp Jr., who defeated a politically motivated ethics complaint after representing Wisconsin Special Counsel Michael Gableman over his 2020 investigation that unearthed “widespread election fraud”… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Click Here to read.

“We do the ultrasound; she still has a heartbeat,” Perry said of her baby. The medical staff at the pro-life center explained to Perry how the abortion pill reversal works through a 12-week hormone therapy.

[DailySignal.com] Katelynn Perry sat in her bathtub doing Google searches on her phone. Was there a way to save her unborn baby? (Image: Pixabay)

She had taken the first chemical abortion pill that day and had decided she was not going to take the rest.

After visiting Planned Parenthood, Perry says she “knew that taking that first pill was wrong,” adding, “I shouldn’t have let them influence me.”

Perry already had four kids when she found out she was pregnant with her fifth child, and given the financial struggles she and her husband were facing, she had decided to visit Planned Parenthood to discuss her options.

“When I tried to ask questions, they were kind of shot down. They weren’t really answered in full,” Perry said of her trip to the clinic. “They used a lot of medical terms that I didn’t understand.”

After taking the first abortion pill at Planned Parenthood, Perry was instructed to go to her local pharmacy to pick up the other pills to complete the abortion, but she decided she wouldn’t do that.

Her Google searches led Perry to Heartbeat International’s Abortion Pill Rescue Network website.

She called the number and spoke to a nurse who told her it was possible that her baby was still alive and could be saved. The nurse connected Perry with a pregnancy resource center about an hour away in Lynchburg, Virginia. When she arrived, the first step was an ultrasound to see whether the baby was still alive.

“We do the ultrasound; she still has a heartbeat,” Perry said of her baby. The medical staff at the pro-life center explained to Perry how the abortion pill reversal works through a 12-week hormone therapy.

Today, Perry’s baby girl, Aubrey, is just over a year old, healthy and “the sweetest little girl you would ever meet,” her mother says.

Perry joins “The Daily Signal Podcast” to share her story and inform other women that the abortion-reversal pill can save the life of the unborn.
