Did you ever feel like you waited and waited for something, then when it happened, it happened suddenly? We have been praying for the Lord’s timing in having another Parousia Gathering, and suddenly, we are having one! May your suddenlies happen too!
As for ours, initially, Dr. Vard and Eileen Gainor were coming, so several nearby friends were joining us for a time of fellowship. Then, our get-together started to expand as I heard from more people. Yesterday I decided I’d better call the Mountain Gate Family Restaurant to see if we could get a meeting room!
They had one for us! So now we are having a Parousia Gathering, and I am delighted to welcome ALL those who are able to come! I love it when God just does it, and we recognize what is happening and can move with Him!
Upcoming Parousia Gathering on April 9, 2022:

A desire to be in the midst of corporate worship is deep in my bones. I feel as David did when he said in Psalm 122:1, “I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.”
If you are close enough to come, we hope you will be able join us! And please, remember to email or call to confirm if you are coming!
A Word of Encouragement for All:
A devotional life is something we have to constantly contend for. There will never be enough time in a day. What is not prioritized gets pushed to the bottom and often never happens.
I remember reading about a famous piano player who said that he played the piano every day. He went on to explain that if he did not play one day, he noticed; two days, his teacher noticed; more than that, it began to be evident to everyone!
I often remind myself that, so it is with our devotional life. If one day we don’t spend quality time apart with the Lord, the Lord notices. Two days, we begin to feel the difference as well. Beyond that, it begins to be evident to everyone, that something is not the same with us anymore.
The good news is the Lord is always waiting and watching for us to make Him the priority in our lives.
My prayer is that this article, “Inviting the Lord Within,” by Wade Taylor, will be an encouragement to you, in your times apart with the Lord. You can CLICK HERE to read it. Or you can find it on our website, www.wadetaylor.org, under Daily Devotionals.
May these verses which I love and have believed into during my quiet times, be an encouragement to you as well:
“Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts” Zechariah 1:3b.
“I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me” Proverbs 8:17.
“Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord” Proverbs 8:34-35.
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” Matthew 6:33.
“My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise” Psalm 57:7.
“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” Philippians 3:14.
“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us” Hebrews 12:1.
May we apprehend that for which we have been apprehended! (Philippians 3:12). May we enjoy times of refreshing in the manifest presence of the Lord. May the Lord share His heart with us, as we invite Him within our day. May we be part of that which the Lord is doing today.
Our Website
On our website is more teaching by Wade Taylor, truly a present word for those who have a desire to “follow on to know the Lord.” As a forerunner, truths my dad spoke bring a relevant word for today and also move beyond the present day into the day still before us.
Also on our website, under Nancy’s Corner, you will find Living Room Moments by Allen and links to teaching by me. Audio messages by my dad and by me are under Messages to Hear.
