The Decade of the Roaring 20s
Many prophets have declared that this new decade will be like the Roaring Twenties of the 20th century. I fully agree with this word and I add my faith to this prophetic decree.
The Roaring Twenties were a huge shifter and a hallmark decade of the 1900s. It birthed many cultural renewals of that time. This was a time where Jazz music was born. This was also a time of the Red Scare of communism. People grew weary and suspicious of Marxist teachings that had leavened into the minds and hearts of the American shores and people.
The prohibition of alcohol also took place, giving birth to the mafia and to an illegal crime wave that swept across America. This unique time led to a great cultural shift, which also led to an uncommon economic boom!
The nation’s wealth doubled from 1920 to 1929. This was largely due to the consumerism mentality that rapidly grew, along with the production of chain stores which fed the people’s curiosity and greed. This time frame saw a big growth in ownership of things like mechanical refrigerators and the automobile Model T. Many common home goods were made and sold with exponential growth and speed and became regular household items for the American people.
The Roaring Twenties was a modern-day Renaissance with massive multiplication in every level of society!
The New Woman
In midst of all of these phenomenas, the great hallmark of what birthed and began the Roaring 20s is widely known as the “New Woman.”
The New Woman was a term attributed to the fashion, style, and attitudes of a more modern day woman, that was contrary to the traditional views and more evolved from the stigma of women in that time.
This new sense of identity and attitude amongst the women led to a massive revolution in the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, which guaranteed women’s equal right to vote. This began the theme of gender equality, empowering women to have more access to diverse jobs, careers and education opportunities.
Let the Women Roar!
I believe that the Lord is raising up a new breed and army of women warriors to fiercely roar and soar in their anointing in mighty name of Jesus.

The freedom and liberation of women is what became the foundational hallmark to massive change in the American society, and pop-culture, in the Roaring Twenties.
And as it was in the 1920s, so it will be in this new decade of the 2020s. There will be women voices, entrepreneurs, engineers, technicians, strategists, doctors, inventors and laywomen that will change history and shape the course of society.
In the words of King Jesus, “Women, you are free!”
The Birthing Mothers
God is raising up the birthing mothers in our day and generation. These birthing mothers will not only birth in the natural but will birth legacies and inheritances in the spiritual. They will carry nations in their wombs. They will carry nations in their spirits. They will willingly go through and endure the pain-staking shaking and burden of child labor. And together with the fathers and men of God, they will raise up a generation of those who fear the Lord.
These birthing mothers will birth thousands and millions of souls into the Kingdom of God by their prayer life, virtuous love, lifestyle of mercy, and integral compassion. These women will be be pro-life and pro-family and pro-traditional marriage. The Lord is raising up a new breed of Mother Teresas and Corrie ten Booms…Aimee Semple McPhersons, Kathryn Kuhlmans, Maria Woodworth-Etters, Henrietta Mearses, Marilyn Hickeys, Michelle Corrals, and Juanita Bynums in our generation to lead and to pave the way for the next generation that is to come!
Mother’s Day 2020
This past Mother’s Day 2020 was the official 40th year anniversary of the evangelist Lonnie Frisbee meeting with John Wimber in Yorba Linda, CA. This was the birthing and the beginning of the Vineyard Church Movement. This, of course, eventually led to influencing the Toronto Blessings, eventually igniting fires into Bill Johnson of Bethel Church, Che Ahn of Hrock and HIM, Heidi and Rolland Baker of IRIS ministries, and Randy Clark of Global Awakening and so many more!
Lonnie Frisbee received an impartation from the late Ms. Kathryn Kuhlman. This spiritual birthing mother, Kathryn Kuhlman, also imparted into the world renown healing evangelist Benny Hinn. These offshoots of revival and of the healing wave were touched and influenced by the life of Kathryn Kuhlman. Through her, the Lord of hosts has touched, reached, saved, and influenced millions upon millions of souls. The harvest that has come through the prayer and travailing life of this one woman is innumerable and immeasurable!
God can do it again and He is wanting to do it over and over again!
The Lord has released a Mother’s Day anointing to birth another Jesus People Movement on the planet earth.
In the words of Lonnie Frisbee, “Come, Holy Spirit.”
The Birthing of Movements
This is a decade of roaring justice and raging glory! This is a decade of great innovation and creativity. This is a decade of economic boom and a great wealth transference.
And we will see a myriad of women, both young and old, rise up with a fierce lioness anointing to take out and destroy the Jezebel and the Delilah spirits. We will see an army of women rise up with a true anointing and virtue of holiness, compassion, mercy and justice to take down the false prophets and prophetesses all over America and the nations.
We will see and hear new women voices of revival and reformation rise up in every sector of society; in the government, media, science, medicine, education, family, business, and health!
These new women will birth strong movements of truth and integrity that will debunk the false feminist movement, and all gender confusion, and will destroy the spirit of death and pro-choice of abortion that has cursed the land.
The Lord is raising up a fierce Bride in these end times to be resilient and to stand strong for the Church.
“The Lord gives the word; the women who announce the news are a great host.” (Psalm 68:11 ESV)

The Great Depression
One of the devastating, unfortunate factors and aftermaths of the Roaring Twenties that quickly followed was the Great Depression. The Great Depression was a grievous consequence of the poor mishandling and bad stewardship of the American people. To make matters worse, right after the stock market crash came the Dust Bowl, which was a natural calamity of dust storms that destroyed the agricultural lands and fields of America. This greatly affected the nation, not just during the 1930s but for many more years and decades to come.
This natural disaster had plagued the United States, and immediately, our nation went from an unprecedented economic boom to an economic downfall. People went from celebrating to suffering and from prosperity to poverty.
Breaking the Spirit of Death and Suicide
This Great Depression was a spirit of death that swept across America. This depressive and oppressive spirit led to many suicides as people began taking their lives. Some people felt they had no choice but to take their own lives for the lack of food and malnourishment and suffering and poverty.
This Great Depression was such a horrible time in the history books and I pray that we will never return to such a downtrodden place ever again!
The Lord is breaking off the spirit of suicide, and the spirit of death will be bound in our nation. I believe the Lord is using and will greatly use women of God and mothers in the spirit to help heal, nurture, love, and deliver this generation from the plagues of death!
Women in Kingdom Ministry
This New Woman will rise up with healing and nurturing wings. This New Woman will help shift the culture that we live in.
This is a fight, and we need all women to be properly equipped, protected, blessed, and empowered. We need both males and females to walk together, in unity, for the greater glory of God.
I believe these Kingdom women will be a leading force of freedom, creativity, justice, and harvest for this Roaring Twenties – in this new decade – once again!
