Easy, joyful living is not hard. And it has little or nothing to do with external circumstances. Peace is the source of joy, and God is the source of all peace.
All sickness, disease, anxiety, fear, stress, depression, and many other related disorders of mental and physical illness are related to a lack of inner peace.
Many believers may think these illnesses cause their lack of peace. Realistically, the diseases were able to get a stronghold because of the lack of peace in their life to begin with.
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33.
Christ Jesus in us overcomes the world and provides perfect peace within our heart, and through us begins to affect the world around us with His PEACE.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7.
Peace is not dependent on circumstances, understanding, or natural mental reckoning.
The source of true peace is God through Christ Jesus by the Holy Spirit, filling our hearts and lives with His love. Our understanding says that because things are not perfect and out of order around us, we cannot have real peace. God’s peace surpasses or is beyond natural reason and all understanding.
THE WHOLE WORLD SUFFERS FROM THE LACK OF INNER PEACE
All troubling or evil thoughts and actions in people are a result of a lack of perfect peace within the people. A sense or feeling of need or lack troubles the balance of satisfaction and drives the person, group, or nation to take some action in an attempt to bring life into balance. We may be driven by the sense of need that becomes strong desires or lust that affects our thoughts and actions.
Thoughts or feelings of covetousness, envy, or jealousy can develop when we see someone who has that which we feel that we lack or need.
As noble citizens or religious Christians, we may attempt to deny or hide these negative feelings or sensations and act like we don’t have them. Without realizing it, we may have slipped into dishonesty within ourselves and are presenting a false front to others, especially at church.
The deep-rooted guilt and other negative feelings upset the chemical balances in our bodies, and eventually, we become vulnerable to many diseases and physical maladies. The enemy is always looking for an opening to invade our bodies with disease. The imbalance from a lack of inner peace or stress provides opportunity, as our immune systems and other health systems are weakened.
Today’s modern healthcare systems provide multitudes of chemical medicines, supplements, and drugs to treat the multitude of weaknesses and symptoms that we are experiencing. We may try extreme changes in our diets and other life changes to deal with our lack of good health, with little or no results, and sometimes even making things worse.
We could go on with the devastation of life in this world that is trying to function without the reality of the full provisions and ways of God in Christ Jesus. We could speak of wars, family destruction, abortion, addictions, child trafficking, child mutilation, the crime rate, and a myriad of other evidences of the lack of love and inner peace in mankind, without the reality of God in Christ by the Holy Spirit establishing real peace and joy within them.
However, I believe you can see that great degradation of worldwide strife prevails without the inner peace of Christ Jesus within the people. If you can read Matthew 24 with Holy Spirit discernment and enlightenment of the typical biblical pictorial language that Christ Jesus used, you can discern the identification of the season of the journey of history we are now entering.
WE HAVE COME TO THE TIME OF CHANGE
The end of striving and hard life on earth without the PEACE of the love, light, power, and wisdom of God has come upon the world. Sooner than you probably think, many are coming to bow the knee to the Lord and confess that Christ Jesus is Lord. And eventually, “…. every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD!” Philippians 2:10.
Some with rejoicing and some in desperation as all darkness gives way to the light of the glory of God’s love that is destroying all evil and all that the evil has built into the world.
NO PEACE BETWEEN JESUS AND EVIL DARKNESS
Jesus did not come to bring peace to the darkness of evil on earth. He came to make a clear distinction and division between the people of darkness and the people of light. He came to annihilate, destroy, or take away sin and darkness.
Jesus said, “Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division. Luke 12:51.
“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.” Matthew 10:34.
“Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.” Revelation 6:4.
JESUS CAME TO BRING PEACE ON EARTH
Jesus came to bring peace on earth in the light and glory of the love of God reigning on earth. At His birth, angels were singing, “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” Luke 2:14.
Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27.
The disciples proclaimed PEACE through Christ Jesus. “The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all—” Acts 10:36.
PEACE WITHIN TODAY
Peace resides in the Kingdom of God, which is soon manifesting through Christ Jesus in this world. Today, the Kingdom of God, along with its peace, is within His chosen people who believe.
It is important to fully realize that God is Spirit, and Christ Jesus is Spirit within us. We are spirit beings in earthly bodies capable of housing and manifesting the spirit realm into the natural physical world.
Either God’s Spirit of light or spirits of darkness can impact natural human beings from within by affecting their minds with dark thoughts, causing fear, anger, pride, depression, doubt or unbelief toward God, and other works of darkness. Many Christians do not believe that evil spirits can oppress them in this way, and are vulnerable to deception.
Dark or evil spirits often disguise themselves as spirits of light to deceive. (2 Corinthians 11:14). The mass media, educational systems, and religious institutions are pouring out cunningly devised words of trickery and lies that cloud and change the minds and hearts of many believers and unbelievers alike.
Their objective is to deceive the minds of believers not to believe and receive the true word and power of the kingdom of God in Christ now. All power and love of God in Christ is in the kingdom of God NOW within His people who believe and are truly in love with Him.
Jesus said, “…. For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”
We would like to have a pill or formula, or maybe a three-step plan that our natural mind can understand and put into action to step into peace instantly.
The characteristics of the kingdom of God are righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Romans 14:17: “for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
The kingdom of God and its inner peace and joy are not found in the things of this natural life.
The reality of the beautiful dream of the kingdom life of righteousness, peace, and joy now is SPIRIT.
The fullness of God’s kingdom is living now in the Spirit, not in this world of mental consciousness and devices.
This is a beyond-natural life movement from this natural way to the much higher life in and with God.
It is a Spirit translation to a different heavenly place.
It is communing with God as one in a heavenly place. The awareness is of love, total love in perfect union with perfect righteousness, total peace, and great joy.
TRANSLATING
Quietly, relax your mind and thoughts, allow your spirit to translate into love with Spirit God. Tenderly speak to God, love, thankfulness, deep gratitude, great honor, and deep respect. Allow your heart to rest in Him and receive His love and commune heart to heart in Him. Peace like warm soft love flows gently filling you with love and total peace.
Take as long as needed with God in communion of love. Nothing in this world is more important to you than living in perfect inner peace. When you leave the special commune, it will go with you. When assaults come from the imperfect world around you, and you feel the impact or hit from it. You will quickly dismiss it and respond from your place of inner peace.
This opens the way for God with His holy angels to intervene in the natural world to handle the situation and move the world around you toward the kingdom of love, peace, and joy of righteousness.
Rest in the peace of God and watch Him transform the world.
