UNLIMITED SPIRIT LIFE – Ron McGatlin
Spirit life is living in this world in communion with God, fully led and empowered by Spirit God.
Unlimited Spirit life is without limiting factors that block, hinder, or replace Spirit life.
As Christians, we are probably aware that many people in the world are unaware of the availability of real Spirit life in and through Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord. We also may now be beginning to realize that there is a greater reality of Spirit Life available to us than we have experienced in the past.
A universal change from God and heaven is now taking place worldwide. It is not a new thing, but a major step toward the original created design of God.
Seemingly without our natural human effort, fresh light from heaven is moving our hearts toward more love, an increased personal love relationship with Spirit God and, with one another. Our striving to please God and fulfill religious order is giving way to basking in His love and yearning to become more one with Him, consumed by His loving presence through loving praise and worship.
The love from God and for God creates channels of love to those around us and His world. This establishes opportunities to serve one another with the specific gifts and callings God has given each of us.
BECOMING ONE WITHIN
In the past, we tended to separate our life activities into segments, such as 1. Family life in the world
2. Family life with God on Sunday
3. Work, profession or business
4. Church, religious life
5. School, education
6. Recreation and vacation
7. Romantic relationships
The divisions each required a somewhat different response, manner of acting, and look. We developed different ways of being and doing in each part of our lives. We were not one within ourselves, nor one with God.
Generally, God was only apparent and forefront in a couple of these segments. He was not often recognized as deeply involved in the other parts of our lives.
God is now bringing all the parts together to become ONE life in which God and His love are prominent and primary in every area of our lives on earth.
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.” John 17:20-21.
BECOMING ONE WITH ONE ANOTHER
In the past, we were at best translucent and often largely closed off to those around us. Very seldom, if ever, did we love and trust anyone enough to be truly transparent with them. There is a good reason for some of this in the fallen world. Even Jesus did not fully open Himself to everyone because he knew their hearts. He also taught us not to give our pearls to greedy and selfish people. “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.” Matthew 7:6.
Transparency comes from love and leads to trust. A lack of need to cover intimate feelings of your pure heart opens the way to becoming one with one another.
Becoming one does not mean becoming the same.
We are made to be different to perform different functions. We are like our human bodies, made up of many parts. All the different parts of our body fit together to complete our one body. Each part of our body must connect and fit together to function in this life. All are connected and led by our one head. The head cannot be severed from the body; it holds the body together and enables all the parts to do their job in the one body.
“For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.” Romans 12:4-8.
BECOMING THE BODY OF KING JESUS THE HEAD
Love, power, and wisdom from the head keep all the body parts functioning together, each part supplying the other as needed. The Body of Christ on earth can only function fully joined to the head. In Christ, we, the body, are fully connected to the head, Father and Son, at the throne of all creation. (I Corinthians 12:27).
“…holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.” Colossians 2:19.
Through Spirit Christ in us by love, we are one with God as His Body on earth. Through personal communion with God, the love relationship remains intact, leading and empowering us to fulfill our part of His plan and purpose with Christ in this life. This is the rule of God on earth, unlimited Spirit life in the presence of God in Christ, establishing the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.
REMOVING HINDRANCES TO UNLIMITED SPIRIT LIFE
Most of the world and much of Christianity are either blocked by sin or hindered by the replacement of the gospel of the kingdom of God with the incomplete gospel focus of salvation to go to heaven after death.
The manifestation of Christ Jesus, the Lord and King of the world, is removing all limitations imposed by sin.
Jesus not only came to save us from the penalty of sin but to take away sin.
“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, ‘Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!’” John 1:29.
The works of sin are destroyed by love, the LOVE of God in Christ Jesus abiding in and with us. In love with God, there is righteousness, peace, and joy.
God is Spirit. Love is Spirit. Christ Jesus, Son of God, is Spirit. We are spirit beings in an earthly body for a season, a lifetime.
Holy Spirit is the consummation of Spirit Love of Father and Son abiding in us as we abide in Him. The Holy Spirit is God living in His multi-membered Body on earth today.
God is removing blockages and hindrances for all who will turn away from darkness and false or incomplete religious teachings. His pure, holy love and the powerful reality of Christ on earth in His Body are removing darkness with light, and destroying evil unlove with the reality of God’s love manifesting on earth now.
All who will turn to Christ and fall in love with God will experience the reality of the loving presence of God in the kingdom of God, the kingdom of heaven.
All that will not turn to God will not survive on earth. Those of evil darkness will turn against one another and destroy each other. All that evil darkness has built into God’s world will be destroyed. (Revelation Chapter 18).
Nations of darkness will fall, and great Babylonian-style cities will be reduced to rubble or bare land. Godly nations will be purged of darkness and restored to the pure light of the presence of God in and with His people.
THE BLOOD OF MANY MARTYRS CRIES OUT
“Vengeance is Mine, says the LORD. The vengeance of God is beginning to be poured out, cleansing the world and preparing the way for the fullness of the kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Heaven, to replenish the earth with the sons and daughters of God. ‘Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord.” Romans 12:19.
“Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; Their foot shall slip in due time; For the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things to come hasten upon them.” Deuteronomy 32:35.
The end of the waiting time is drawing near as the love of God now fills the world with pure holy sons and daughters of God, empowered by love to establish the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.
SET YOUR AFFECTION ON THINGS ABOVE
Fall in love with God in heaven and ON EARTH with us and within us, His chosen sons and daughters of the reformation of the world. The old fallen world order is going away. We cannot hold on to it lest we perish with it. Heaven is arriving or manifesting now as the new heavenly world that is above the passing world. It is the world of God with us in the beauty of holiness on earth as in heaven.
Do not look back or remember the old world and its ways. Fully lean into the Spirit reality of the new life of love in the beauty of His holiness. Behind is scorched earth and smoldering ashes, and ahead is the Garden of God’s GLORY that exceeds the Garden of Eden.
“…The land is like the Garden of Eden before them,
And behind them a desolate wilderness;
Surely nothing shall escape them.” Joel 2:3.
“Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32.
