“I have a quote here … [from 2022] ‘Barr believes the FBI will go to Trump’s house soon.’ And one thing that I heard a lot is how they’re go[ing] to prevent America from having Trump again. … And the biggest conversation that they had to this point was like, ‘What kind of charge that we can bring against Trump?’… I will never forget … Bill Barr was like, ‘We should bring RICO because it’s a very difficult type of charge to defend.'” -Whistleblower, Patrícia Lélis

On Tuesday, Project Veritas released a bombshell story from a whistleblower alleging former US Attorney General Bill Barr along with media figure Armstrong Williams is running an illegal immigration visa fraud scheme for elites and billionaires.

Patrícia Lélis, whistleblower, former Brazilian journalist at Howard Stirk Holdings, who is in hiding abroad, told Project Veritas that she was prosecuted after reporting Bill Barr and Armstrong William to the FBI.

Texts and emails reveal Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Bill Barr worked together on the RICO case targeting Trump and more than a dozen other defendants.

Per Project Veritas:

Patrícia Lélis, hired in 2021 by Armstrong Williams’ media company, Howard Stirk Holdings, claims she attended dozens of meetings where Barr and others devised legal strategies to target Trump supporters and block his political comeback. She provided Project Veritas with extensive handwritten notes and photos documenting these secret discussions which took place from 2021-2023… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

(Washington, DC) — [NYPost.com] The Trump administration on Thursday offered a $50 million reward for information leading to the arrest of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. “Maduro uses foreign terrorist organizations like [Tren de Aragua], Sinaloa and Cartel of the Suns to bring deadly drugs and violence into our country,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a video posted on X. The Drug Enforcement Administration has thus far seized 30 tons of cocaine linked to Maduro and his associates, Bondi said, and “nearly seven tons linked to Maduro himself… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here Click Here to read.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that HHS is terminating 22 mRNA vaccine development contracts and moving away from the technology in favor of ‘safer’ alternatives.

[LifeSiteNews.com] The US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) has announced it is “winding down” almost $500 million worth of mRNA vaccine projects and rejecting future exploration of the technology in favor of more conventional vaccines, in perhaps the biggest delivery yet of what his supporters hoped for when President Donald Trump appointed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to head the department. (Screengrab image: via X – @SecKennedy)

“We reviewed the science, listened to the experts, and acted,” Kennedy said in a Tuesday press release. “BARDA [the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority] is terminating 22 mRNA vaccine development investments because the data show these vaccines fail to protect effectively against upper respiratory infections like COVID and flu. We’re shifting that funding toward safer, broader vaccine platforms that remain effective even as viruses mutate.”

“Let me be absolutely clear: HHS supports safe, effective vaccines for every American who wants them. That’s why we’re moving beyond the limitations of mRNA and investing in better solutions,” Kennedy added.

Some projects will be canceled outright, while others will be modified to shift focus away from mRNA and toward other work. “While some final-stage contracts (e.g., Arcturus and Amplitude) will be allowed to run their course to preserve prior taxpayer investment, no new mRNA-based projects will be initiated,” HHS explains… Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“Colorado’s pro-abortion lobby pressured the legislature to enact this ridiculous law that prohibits doctors from saving lives by offering abortion pill reversal to the women who changed their minds about their pregnancy, and really what it does is it interferes with a woman’s right to choose life and to continue her pregnancy … [T]he court entered a great decision, saying this law violates her rights as well as Bella Health’s rights.” -Kevin Theriot, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom

[WashingtonStand.com] In a court ruling being hailed as a victory for women with unplanned pregnancies to be given more options, a Colorado district court last week permanently blocked a state law that prohibited health care providers from administering medication to reverse the effects of the abortion pill. The pro-life victory comes in the shadow of the continued proliferation of abortion drugs being illegally shipped into states with pro-life laws. (Image: iStock-DKart)

The legal dispute in Colorado began in 2023, when nurses Dede Chism and Abby Sinnett of Bella Health and Wellness clinic in the Denver area filed suit against a state law that banned the use of the common female hormone progesterone (which helps sustain pregnancies) to reverse the effects of the abortion pill mifepristone, claiming that it constituted a “deceptive trade practice.” But Chism and Sinnett argued that the law infringed on their and their clients’ religious freedom. US District Judge Daniel Domenico agreed, placing a temporary block on the law in October 2023.

On August 1, Domenico placed a permanent block on the law. In his ruling, he noted that “while the clinical efficacy of abortion pill reversal remains debatable, nobody has been injured by the treatment and a number of women have successfully given birth after receiving it.” As reported by the Charlotte Lozier Institute, studies show that up to 66% of women who change their minds about aborting their baby and take progesterone to counteract the effects of the mifepristone abortion pill successfully continue their pregnancies.

Domenico went on to point out that Colorado allows the “off label” use of progesterone in other contexts and that the state failed to provide compelling evidence that utilizing progesterone to reverse the effects of mifepristone “sets medication abortion reversal apart from other off-label uses of progesterone.”

Religious freedom experts like Kevin Theriot, who serves as senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, applauded the ruling, arguing that it expands the choices that women with unplanned pregnancies have as well as protects the rights of health care practitioners.

“Colorado’s pro-abortion lobby pressured the legislature to enact this ridiculous law that prohibits doctors from saving lives by offering abortion pill reversal to the women who changed their minds about their pregnancy, and really what it does is it interferes with a woman’s right to choose life and to continue her pregnancy,” he emphasized during “Washington Watch” Wednesday. “We joined a lawsuit that was filed by our friends over at Becket Fund on behalf of Chelsea Mynyk, who’s a nurse practitioner in Castle Rock. [A] complaint was filed against her with the nursing board saying that she violated this new law. And so, we asked the court to intervene. … [T]he court entered a great decision, saying this law violates her rights as well as Bella Health’s rights.”

While pro-life advocates welcomed the ruling as well the news that the last two Planned Parenthood facilities in Louisiana are closing (among many others that have already closed), experts like Mary Szoch, who serves as director of the Center for Human Dignity at Family Research Council, say that there is much work to do to clean up the abortion drug mess left by the Biden administration.

“They used the COVID pandemic as an excuse to remove the in-person dispensing requirement form,” she explained during “Washington Watch.” “They said requiring a woman to meet with a health care professional in person increased her risk of obtaining COVID, and therefore, that requirement had to be removed for the entire pandemic. But following that, they removed the … in-person dispensing requirement for this drug. And after they did that, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice issued an opinion that the Comstock Act—which clearly states that an abortion inducing drug cannot be sent through the mail—they issued an opinion that said that they would enforce that as narrowly as possible, meaning basically, not at all.”

Szoch went on to observe that the issue of pro-abortion states illegally mailing drugs into pro-life states is likely to become a very prominent issue.

“This is something that we will likely see at some point reach its way to the Supreme Court,” she predicted. “There’s a man in Texas who has filed a lawsuit against a California doctor for mailing the abortion drug mifepristone to his girlfriend in Texas. We’ve seen cases in Louisiana where the abortion drug has been sent by an abortionist from New York to Louisiana, resulting in a woman needing to go to the emergency room. That same abortionist sent that drug to a woman in Texas, and it again resulted in that woman needing emergency care. This drug is dangerous, and it can’t be sent through the mail.”

Szoch concluded by urging the Trump administration to take action by enforcing the law via the Comstock Act. “[T]he Department of Justice needs to re-examine the opinion that the Biden administration issued on Comstock. The Trump administration has a wonderful reputation of being in favor of the rule of law. This is a law that is clearly stated. It is on the books, and it should be enforced.” Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

“We want to liberate ourselves and liberate the people of Gaza from the awful terror of Hamas … We don’t want to be there as a governing body. We want to hand it over to armed forces that will covenant properly without threatening us and giving the Gazans a good life. That’s not possible with Hamas.” -PM Benjamin Netanyahu

(Jerusalem, Israel) — [CBN News] The war between Israel and Hamas is intensifying as a new plan to take over the Gaza Strip moves into action. (Screengrab image: via CBN News /Fox News)

The plan, approved Thursday night, is aimed at destroying what remains of the Hamas terror group and pressuring it to free the 20 living hostages it is still holding, along with the bodies of 30 others.

The Israel Defense Forces warn that this could put the lives of Israeli hostages still in captivity at risk.

With the Security Cabinet’s approval for the military takeover, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Fox News that the war plan calls for the full control of the Gaza Strip.

“We want to liberate ourselves and liberate the people of Gaza from the awful terror of Hamas,” Netanyahu stated.

The phased plan includes disarming Hamas and the other terror groups, returning all hostages, demilitarizing the Gaza Strip, and creating a civilian government that is neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority.

The prime minister explained, “We don’t want to be there as a governing body. We want to hand it over to armed forces that will covenant properly without threatening us and giving the Gazans a good life. That’s not possible with Hamas.”

Netanyahu indicated Israel and the US agree on certain principles for post-Hamas Gaza, including non-Israeli civil control.

President Trump plans to collaborate with Israel to run additional food distribution centers.

“That’s what I’m focused on. As far as the rest of it, I really can’t say – that’s going to be pretty much up to Israel,” the president said.

As a group of demonstrators outside the Prime Minister’s Office chained themselves to a fence in protest, the IDF warned that the plan could put the lives of the remaining hostages at risk.

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee observed on Friday, “Israel does, in fact, take a huge risk by taking the military action that is planned in order to end Hamas and save hostages. But what choice do they have?”

Netanyahu contended, “I think with a combination of the right military tactics and international pressure, we can get all of them, and certainly most of them, out.” (Screengrab image: via CBN News)

The plan is meeting with resistance from UK leaders. Britain’s Ambassador to Israel Simon Walters called it a “huge mistake.”

The Gaza takeover plan could also spark a new wave of antisemitism. A Paris office of the Israeli Airline El Al was vandalized on Thursday.

There is also the uphill battle with the media. Netanyahu told Fox News that he’s looking into whether a country can sue The New York Times for a misleading front page article that portrayed a child with a medical condition as evidence of starvation.

The prime minister claims the public is catching on to the major media, and the truth will win out in the end

“I’m not near as athletic as I thought I was…” -David Crowder

[Faithwire.com] Christian singer-songwriter David Crowder announced Wednesday he had to have “emergency surgery” after breaking his leg, forcing him to cancel future shows. (Screengrab image: via Facebook video)

“I’m not near as athletic as I thought I was, I’ve broken my leg and had to have emergency surgery including some plates and screws,” he wrote in an Instagram post with a picture of him recovering in a hospital bed. “[I]’m on the mend and we will figure out how to get back there as soon as we can! Thanks so much for the prayers.”

The “Glorious Day” recording artist shared a video with the Appalachian Fair in Gray, Tennessee, where he was scheduled to perform.

“Listen,” he said with his classic southern drawl. “I cannot wait to get there.”

Crowder, 53, said he is recuperating well, joking from his recovery room that surgeons performed “basic carpentry, carpentry for bones” to repair what was damaged.

“Participants will leave [the tour] with a heightened sense of gratitude, responsibility, and hope ready to carry the torch of freedom.” -Bridgett Wagner, executive director of the Edwin J. Feulner Institute

[DailySignal.com] Ahead of America’s 250th anniversary next year, the Herzog Foundation Institute has developed a project to reinvigorate patriotism and educate people on the nation’s founding principles and values. (Image: iStock-flySnow)

The foundation, a nonprofit focused on the development of Christian K-12 education, won a $50,000 Innovation Prize from The Heritage Foundation in June for its project called The Freedom Tour. It is a three-week celebration that will include visits to the original 13 colonies and feature family entertainment, music, and “rally-style battlefield birthday parties,” according to a press release from Heritage.

At the award ceremony, Bridgett Wagner, executive director of the Edwin J. Feulner Institute, explained the details and goals of The Freedom Tour:

“The tour will stream on social media platforms, showcase student art and writing on the founding and feature teacher trainings on how to pass on our founding values,” Wagner said.

“Participants will leave [the tour] with a heightened sense of gratitude, responsibility, and hope ready to carry the torch of freedom,” added Wagner.

Herzog Foundation Institute director Sadie Elliott, who received the award on behalf of the organization, said the tour will highlight the role of faith in America’s founding and future. She hopes The Freedom Tour will “revive a sense of American patriotism to move faith and freedom forward.”

Darrell Jones, president of the Herzog Foundation Institute, said, “[W]e believe there’s no better way to celebrate our nation’s birthday than by taking the values that built America—faith, freedom, and family—on the road.”

“The Freedom Tour is all about bringing communities together, reminding us of what we share, and inspiring the next generation to carry the torch. We’re grateful for this recognition and can’t wait to get started,” Jones stated. The tour will begin mid-June 2026 and end on July 3, 2026.

Heritage awarded a total of five America’s 250th Innovation Prizes. In addition to the Herzog Foundation Institute, other recipients included Cana Academy, Emergent Order Foundation, Matthew Mehan, and Sophia Institute. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here

Applications are currently open through Sept. 2 for a second round of prizes.
