THE WRATH OF GOD REVEALED – Ron McGatlin

Romans 1:18, “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness…”

God is love. Love produces righteousness with peace and joy.

Unlove produces unrighteousness that destroys peace and joy. Unlove is “ungod” and brings chaos, fear, and darkness.

Our world today is greatly affected by the darkness and chaos of unlove and ungodliness, even to the point of attempting to destroy all godliness in the world, including all the people of God.

Where God/love rules the spiritual and natural atmosphere, there is righteousness, peace, and joy from Heaven. Where there is no God, there is chaos, fear, and darkness.

Every person in this world can come to the LOVE of God and abide in internal peace and joy of righteousness in God and God in Him. A world without love is a world of chaos and darkness. Much of the world today has chosen to deny God and has brought great chaos into the world.

Why is God’s wrath now coming upon the darkness of the world? The short answer is that God loves the world and His people who are one with Him. The deceived people of darkness are driven to kill and destroy all of God’s people and everything that is of God on earth.

Therefore, God is releasing His wrath as a last chance for them to turn away from darkness and be redeemed. Those who will not turn to God will be removed to protect His people and His world.

GOD’S PLAN FOR MANKIND

His people who are in love with Him are given the position of dominion to rule in the world with Him in love. God’s design is for His people to apply His love, light, and wise guidance to establish peace and joy on earth through righteousness. True righteousness is being rightly aligned in the order and way of God.

Therefore, God will protect and provide for the world and those who are in love with Him. God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should be redeemed and changed into His people of love on earth. He is long-suffering and has given mankind every incentive and opportunity to turn to Him. (2 Peter 3:9.)

All the natural creation of the earth bears witness to the reality of God. Christ Jesus died to redeem all mankind who will believe and turn to Him and His provision of redemption. The ungodly are without excuse.

To protect His people and His world, God is allowing great tribulation upon the ungodly and all they have built of evil and darkness. “The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” Romans 1:18-20.

THE NEW HOLY HEAVENLY WORLD

The fully redeemed holy, heavenly world is a world in which God can and will abide in and with us in full manifestation. It is a new world on Planet Earth in which all things are brought into God’s designed order. Mankind fully abiding in the tree of life and willingly no longer eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

The physical atmosphere and elements of the natural world will begin to move toward their designed balance of all things. There will be no more sickness or death in the finished new world.

Revelation 21, 3-7, “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.’

5 He who was seated on the throne said, ‘I am making everything new!’ Then he said, ‘Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.’

6 He said to me: ‘It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.’”

LIGHT ELIMINATES DARKNESS

One man’s light can be another man’s darkness. Depending on the light or darkness that lives in them. Love produces light, unlove produces darkness or the absence of light.

Mankind can never really live an extended life with a vacuum in his heart. Without the light of God within, darkness or emptiness will draw in substitute or false Gods. Every religion that is not filled with the love and light of God has other substitute gods, such as rituals or routines, and substitute biblical or historic heroes or champions that are replacements for Christ Jesus, Father God, and Holy Spirit.

All wars at the core level relate to the God or gods that dwell in the hearts of men, families, tribes, or nations. All the world is becoming the kingdom of the one true God in the hearts and lives of His people.

Truth will not bear the existence of the false forever. Judgment is the end of forbearance of the false. The extreme love of God produces the necessity of extreme judgment against evil, in mercy for the oppressed people of God.

It is not our place to be judgmental. God will judge perfectly. We can love our enemies and pray for them. We must only hear and obey the Spirit Word of God by love in every situation, and carry out the will and way of God in Christ in us by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 12:17, “Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. 18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.

20 Therefore, ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.’

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

“Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” Luke 12:32.
