The Month of March and Spring
The spring winds have been blowing very strong throughout our state here in New Mexico. As I listened to the sound of the wind, I felt the quick change in the temperature, and I knew March was going to be very significant. I heard the Lord say, “The Church is moving into a new direction.” He said that we would experience things we never have experienced before or even heard of. The Holy Spirit is leading us beyond our comfort zone in this new season.
We have often prayed and tried to get back to a point in Church history that we have heard about or read about. But the Dunamis power of the Holy Spirit is moving us into a true new beginning where the power of God will be seen as He manifest His glory through His people. Where miracles occur, God’s strength will be made visible through His Church.
The Scripture says in 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 (Message version), “…No one’s ever seen or heard anything like this. Never so much as imagined anything quite like it. What God has arranged for those who love Him. But you have seen and heard it because God by His Spirit has brought it all out into the open before you. The Spirit, not content to flit around the surface, dives into the depths of God and brings out what God has planned all along…”
Body of Christ, the Lord is saying, “This spring season is precious to Me. It is holy to Me. Mysteries are being revealed to you and the future is opening up before your eyes. Don’t be like the world, always fearful and on edge. Don’t be grieved or depressed by the words of man. They can’t see the future. Let My joy be your strength and your stronghold.”
As I heard this I felt a mighty, rushing wind blow across our nation and enter many churches and meeting places throughout the United States.
Mantles
In a vision, I saw many wonderful mantles falling from Heaven to earth. I was asking the Lord about these mantles, because I have heard Christians say, “We already have the fullness of Christ and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. What greater mantle could we ever receive?”
I felt the Lord say, “The mantle of a saint of God does not end or stop when they go to Heaven, nor does it get buried with them. The mantle is the anointing, and that anointing is transferable.”
Jesus spoke to His disciples after they asked Him about why the scribes said that Elijah must come first to restore and make ready the Messiah’s coming (see Matthew 17). He told them that Elijah had already come, but he was not received. He was speaking of John the Baptist. Jesus said John was Elijah. The anointing he had was Elijah. His calling was Elijah’s calling, and as it is written the gifts and callings of God are irrevocable. They can be passed from one person to another, like Elisha catching the mantle that fell from Elijah.
I heard the Lord say, “These mantles come from above.” Many wonderful mantles are available to us. These are also from saints, some we know from the Bible and some are from their inventions, art and discoveries. All these are created by God.
Israel
As I was mediating on the Word, I heard in the spirit a loud whistle. This was not a shrill sound, but an attention-getting sound. It was comforting and melodious. I realized that the Lord was calling the Jewish people back to their homeland, Israel and Jerusalem.
I found in the Word a Scripture from Zechariah 10:8-9, which says, “I will whistle for them and gather them together, for I have redeemed them; and they will increase [again] as they have increased before [in Egypt]. When I scatter them among the nations, they will remember Me in far countries, and with their children they will live and come back [to Me and the land I gave them].”
Once again, the world will witness a gathering together of the Jewish people as they return, in greater numbers, to Israel and Jerusalem.
In Closing: Let’s Pray
In closing out this prophetic word, I just wanted to share a few thoughts. First, please keep the planned summit between North Korea and United States in prayer. When I heard the announcement, I immediately felt like something was hidden—but our president would know in advance what is on the table. Let’s pray that everything in darkness comes to the light, that peace would finally be declared between North and South Korea, and they would become one.
Also, watch the Supreme Court, as we will see one or two new justices nominated. Beloved, pray for our nation continuously. God is with us. I believe we will see the idol of greed coming down as well. We are destined to be lovers of God and serve Him.
Proverbs 29:18 (Passion Translation), “When there is no clear prophetic vision people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the Word, Heaven’s bliss fills your soul.”
