On Wednesday, November 11, 2009, the members of the Netherlands Prophetic Council came together to present the words which God had spoken to them—for the Netherlands for 2010.

We do this annually because:

• God does nothing without first revealing it to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7). If the Scriptures make anything clear, it is that God desires to reveal His heart to us and what He wants to do.

• A collective word often carries more authority and gives a more complete picture of what God desires to do than a word brought by a single individual.

• If we know which areas God wants to move in we can partner with Him more effectively by initiating new projects in these areas.

This document is a compilation of these words.

The words were tested before publication by prophets both inside and outside of the Netherlands. We especially want to thank Dr. Sharon Stone and Stacey Campbell for being willing to be part of this process.

We are aware of the prophecies from other parts of the world which refer to global famine and other natural and manmade disasters. Amidst all of this however, there is a unique window of opportunity for Europe and for the Netherlands that we cannot afford to miss. As such, we have chosen to focus on topics related to this window of opportunity.

This year we have included prayer points at the end of each theme. As you read these words, we ask you to pray for them regularly. We expect that as you do, God will give you revelation as to what you can do to help advance His Kingdom in Europe and in the Netherlands.

2010—The Year of the Mobilization
of the Body of Christ in Europe

At the beginning of 2009, God gave a vision of the Body of Christ lined up like an army on every continent of the earth. This was not the Body of Christ that we had been used to seeing. This army was composed of the young and the old, and of men and women, who were dressed and ready for battle. There were no injured among their ranks. Everyone knew what their assignment was and who they needed to follow. Everything was completely silent. It was obvious that they were waiting for something to happen.

All of a sudden, a trumpet sounded and the ground began to shake as the armies began to march forward. Nothing could stand in their path. They walked over the waters of the oceans, and they were unstoppable. Months later, some of us were present at a meeting in which we experienced the start of the fulfillment of this vision in Europe.

2010 will be the year in which we see the Body of Christ mobilized in Europe. Europe is currently the only continent on the earth without a major move of God. This is about to change.

God has prepared a people who will take His Kingdom into the world. It is a people who have Him as their first love, who are filled with compassion and acts of justice and who do not compromise. The strategies that He gives in this season will be used to bring the Netherlands and Europe back into line with His plans. In addition to "evangelism" and "remaining in the tent of intimacy," "occupation" and "taking the high places" will become important themes in the Body of Christ this year.

Prayer Points:

• That God will give divine strategies as to how to occupy and to take the high places in the arts, business, the media, politics, culture, education and religion.

• That God would cause His people to stand up and to start to execute these strategies.

The Church Awakening

One of the council members had a vision of the Church in the Netherlands. It looked like an old woman sitting on a park bench, bowed over and leaning on her walking stick. She's sleeping and is totally unaware of the violence, abuse, and injustice happening all around her. While she sleeps, ungodly foundations are being laid and structures are being erected. "But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way" (Matthew 13:25).

We hear God saying, "The Sleeping Beauty is about to be kissed and awakened." The awakened Church will arise and shine as she brings the Kingdom of God into the world where it can be seen and experienced. To those who do this, God says, "You will see signs and wonders in a greater way than before, because the new wine is also for the world."

Prayer Points:

• That God would wake up the Church in the Netherlands.

• That God would raise up watchmen intercessors who are alert and who know how to intervene in prayer when the enemy tries to sow tares among the wheat.

• That God would give wisdom and strategies as to how to cut off the tares that have already been sown so that God's purposes for this season will not be contaminated, delayed or aborted.

• One of the tares that God is highlighting is that of "false unity." It is a unity based on being exclusive. God's heart is inclusive (Numbers 11:29). Beware of a heart attitude which says, "If you are not part of our group, then you are not part of what God is doing." God wants to use every denomination and stream in this season.

A New Visitation and a Window of Opportunity

God is starting to visit the Netherlands with His glory and with His fire. It's a new fire and a new visitation. It will not look like what we have known in the past. "Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing" (Isaiah 43:18, 19). This will be a season of acceleration as the "plowman...overtakes the reaper and the treader of grapes him who sows seed" (Amos 9:13).

The book of Jonah is significant. 2010 will be a year in which God offers Europe and the Netherlands a unique window of opportunity. The threat of judgment will be present because the cup of sin is full, "Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown!" (Jonah 3:4). In many places however, judgment will be transformed into mercy as people respond and repent as the word of God is spoken—"So the people of Nineveh believed God, proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest to the least of them" (Jonah 3:5). God wants to pour out His mercy in places where we least expect it. This is good news!

Prayer Points:

• Continue to cry out to God for His visitation in this season.

• For repentance of sins both individually and collectively.

The Prayer Movement and
Large Scale Prayer Gatherings

If there ever was a time for us to humble ourselves and pray, it is now. Since the Netherlands is the door to continental Europe, there is more at stake than only our own interests. Several of us heard the Lord say that it is time to "consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land and cry out to the Lord" (Joel 2:15, 16).

Last year we prophesied that the momentum of the prayer movement in the Netherlands would increase. This is precisely what happened. This increase in momentum will continue into 2010 and will be evidenced by an increase in the number of mass prayer meetings as God's people humble themselves and come together to pray. Several of us heard God say that it is time for a "Call" in the Netherlands.

Prayer Points:

• That God would bless the initiatives being taken to organize large scale prayer events in 2010.

• That He would cause national leaders to be able to put aside their differences and work together.

Taking Responsibility in Warfare and
Radical Worship

Even though we will start to see God's glory poured out in an unprecedented measure this year, that doesn't mean we won't have to fight. We have given away much ground to the enemy which will need to be retaken. We must learn to use our spiritual weapons (Ephesians 6:10-18).

The Commander of the army of the Lord is in the land. When He appeared to Joshua before the battle of Jericho, He didn't choose sides: "And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, 'Are you for us or for our adversaries?' So He said, 'No, but as Commander of the army of the Lord I have now come'" (Joshua 5:13b, 14). Instead, He brought it to Joshua's attention that God was present, "Then the Commander of the Lord's army said to Joshua, 'Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy.' And Joshua did so" (Joshua 5:15). Joshua's response of worship was the only appropriate response.

God is highlighting aggressive, spontaneous worship in which the glory of God and His Kingship are proclaimed over our nation(s) as an important weapon of warfare in 2010.

Prayer Points:

• That God would put worship and warfare back onto the agendas of His people.

• That God would raise up musicians and singers gifted with the ability to release a sound in worship that will push back the enemy and expand the Kingdom of God.

The Fear of the Lord and Holy Ghost Activism

The fear of the Lord will also be an important key in helping God's people overcome in 2010. The fear of the Lord will break the power of the fear in which many are caught up and imprisoned. The fear of the Lord will cause us to reverence God and His Word above all else. It will cause us to obey God even when to do so would be to our own harm (Acts 5:29). The fear of the Lord is an important key in defeating the spirit of Jezebel in many of our cities. It will lead to Holy Ghost activism as Believers stand up and speak out for what is right.

Prayer Points:

• That God would pour out the fear of the Lord on His people.

• That God would raise up a fearless generation who will offer divine solutions to societal problems and who speak out against injustice.

Amsterdam en Rotterdam

We believe that God is going to do surprising things in Amsterdam and in Rotterdam this year in the area of cooperation. This will be especially evident in joint projects between churches, the police corps in both cities and other government and non-governmental organizations.

Prayer Point:

• That God would end the enmity between these two cities.

The Netherlands Prophetic Council is comprised of church and ministry leaders from across the nation. In early November 2009 the Lord told me, "2010 will be a year of restoration." Restoration of what has previously been lost will come about on many levels, both for individual Believers and the Church worldwide. Watch expectantly for God's restoration and increase to take place during the coming months in relationships, health, faith, families and finances. Have you given up hope that the Lord would fulfill a dream or vision He has given you? Look to Him to restore, revive and bring to pass dreams that have died, been lost, abandoned or broken.

Throughout the fall and early winter of 2009, the Lord has spoken to me no less than 70 times about restoration. Here is a summary of what He said:

"I have plans for double restoration. There has been much testing, but there will be restoration. I am keeping hope alive in you. I am redeeming time and relationships; I am building and preparing. I am the Lord; is anything too difficult for Me? (Jeremiah 32:27)

"Have complete faith in Me. I am giving you grace; I am redeeming situations for My purposes. Restoration is coming; believe My promises. Yes, restoration of relationships is coming. I will open doors; you will see My promises come to pass! Fuller revelation is coming, as well as the fulfillment of every promise.

"I will bring restoration; don't give up hope. I can still redeem your situations. Hang in there during these transitions; things are almost there! Yes, this has been a time of testing, but also of redemption, grace and mercy. This testing will end in victory. Keep praying, believing, and looking to Me. Receive and walk in My grace and rest."

"I Have Plans for Full Restoration—Don't Retreat!"

Then on New Year's Eve, the Lord said to me:

"Don't give up during this time prior to increase and full restoration. I will give you a full measure of My blessing.

"Rest in Me (Psalm 37:7); don't fret because of the wrongs others are doing (Psalm 37:1). Trust in Me and continue doing good (Psalm 37:3). Don't retreat; continue to stand firm, rooted in Me. Continue your acts of faithfulness.

"Delight yourself in Me. I know the desires of your heart, and will honor them (Psalm 37:4). Commit your way to me; trust in Me (Psalm 37:5). I will act on your behalf. I will vindicate your trust in Me and your faithfulness (Psalm 37:6).

"Learn to rest in Me, learn to wait patiently for Me (Psalm 37:7), learn to not worry. Trusting Me doesn't always come easily for you. I know and understand this, and am working with you to help your faith grow. I don't condemn you for your struggles, but I am calling you forth to a new level of faith. I have proved My faithfulness to you over and over, and am inviting you to trust Me in a new way.

"Don't give up hope. I know the desires of your heart, and am at work. I am giving you grace and mercy in your time of need (Hebrews 4:16). Full restoration is coming, and My glory will be revealed in this process. Never, never, never give up! I will keep My promises to have testing end in victory. Do not be discouraged during these trials; they will end in victory. I have plans for full restoration.

"I am working things together for your good (Romans 8:28). I am having mercy on you; My love for you is everlasting (Jeremiah 31:3). I will never fail you or forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, 8; Joshua 1:5; Hebrews 13:5). I am with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20)."

Scriptures to Meditate On and Claim About the Lord's Restoration

Deuteronomy 30:3 – The Lord your God will restore you from captivity, and have compassion on you.
Psalm 14:7 – When the Lord restores the fortunes of His people, Jacob will rejoice, Israel will be glad.
Psalm 23:3 – He restores my soul.
Psalm 41:3 – The Lord will sustain him upon his sickbed...restore him to health.
Psalm 51:12 – Restore to me the joy of Your salvation.
Psalm 53:6 – When God restores the fortunes of His people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
Psalm 60:1 – Restore us!
Psalm 71:20 – Restore me again.
Psalm 80:3, 7, 19 – O God, restore us.
Psalm 85:1, 4 – You restored the fortunes of Jacob. Restore us, O God of our salvation.

Zechariah 9:12 – Return to the stronghold, O prisoners of hope...I will restore double to you.
Malachi 4:6 – He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers.
Galatians 6:1 – If anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness.
James 5:15 – The prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick.

Receive God's blessing and restoration in every area of your life during 2010 and beyond.

About Carol Kelley: Carol and her husband Dave Kelley are both active in prophetic ministry, teaching prophecy classes and mentoring younger prophets. We are standing as it were at the banks of the Jordan, and generational shift is occurring as it did with Moses and Joshua and as it did with Elijah and Elisha. The crossing of the Jordan is about a shift in the economy of God and the administration of the move of God. A generation that was rooted in warring for survival is passing off the scene and a generation more open and more capable of facing the unfolding of the future and warring for possession of their inheritance—not merely as individuals, rather more importantly as tribes—is going to emerge. Whether we use the metaphor of the Ark of the Covenant going ahead of us being carried on the soft shoulders of the priests or we use the metaphor of the mantle of the prophet being used to part the waters—a threshold is going to be crossed in the coming days as we've entered this new decade.

The SPEED OF CHANGE (Daniel 12:4) will increase at a rapid level in the coming era and we will experience radical acceleration into the new and unexplored dimensions of the Word and the Spirit as we are strategically prepared, strategically postured, and strategically positioned for what wants to emerge out of the invisible into the visible relative to Kingdom expansion and enlargement.

Daniel 12:4 But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.

Blessings for a New Generation

With strategic preparation (as in the lives of the children born in the wilderness who enter the land and now are told to prepare provision for a crossing over in three days, and the dealings of God with Elisha in Abel-meholah where the mantle will fall upon him while he is plowing, which is the first step in harvesting), and strategic posturing (which for the generation under Joshua required a fresh circumcision and cutting of the flesh, and for Elisha a sacrifice of everything he had ever worked for in order to pursue the calling inherent in the mantle which had already fallen upon him; both metaphors describing the fresh and radical embrace of the crucified life and the cauterizing power of the Cross which releases the power and glory of the throne), and strategic positioning (following the first two stages, the tribes will find themselves in the right place at the right time)—there will be the opening of strategic portals, gateways and places of access and transition and change (both of which will be constant in the coming days) that will, for those ready to adapt with precision and skill, open up avenues of rich and fertile resources and blessings held in trust for this new generation.

For those who long for the nostalgia of past days of glory, there will be a brief period of what looks like a return to a former day in the move of God, as it were when the sons of the prophets begged Elisha that they seek out the whereabouts of the departed Elijah (which also was a short three-day journey, the invitation being to die to a former move, bury it as part of something complete, and rise to the new era that is dawning).

A new thing will begin to unfold for those who, according to Isaiah, are "aware of it." While the new move of God will not move the "ancient landmarks" that have been established by the fathers, it will find fresh applications and fresh processes for the fleshing out of the Word (when Jesus came to earth, when the Word became flesh, see John 1:14) as the Body embodies the testimony of Jesus, which is what ultimately the spirit of prophecy is all about.

New Generation of Entrepreneurs

In the process of this unfolding, both in the meeting place and in the marketplace, there will be a recovery of a godly work ethic as well as the recovery of a "can-do" spirit. This will spark innovation, ingenuity and creativity, and a renewed spirit of servanthood, which will be attested to and endorsed by God with signs, wonders and the miraculous.

Enterprise will get bigger by getting smaller. The rise of a new generation of entrepreneurs in the Kingdom, who have goods and services to offer the marketplace for the well-being of all, will find many open doors for their trade and craft. God will shake many more major monopolies, and make room for values-based and morally and ethically sound entrepreneurs to rebuild the economy of the nation and the nations.

A Generation of New Expression and Creative Evangelism

In addition, as the level of gifting and creativity increases in the arts, there will be more outlets for the expression of creativity and culture. As it was in the Renaissance, where culture was elevated because of the influence of the Reformation, so there will be a move of a generation who will bring a fresh expression of purity to the arts and media. Production companies and studios built specifically for Kingdom purposes will rise in many locations and even unexpected locations, and will produce first-class quality products that will rival what is done in the entertainment industry.

The Internet will become a vast place of opportunity for the arts, drama, commerce, and even news from a Biblical perspective and worldview. The world as our parents, grandparents, and great grandparents have known it will no longer be the world we live in. Alvin Toffler called the Information Age the third wave (the first being the Agricultural Wave which lasted for thousands of years, the 2nd being the Industrial Age which lasted for about a century and a half). The Information Age is fast morphing into an age unnamed as yet, and for the Believer we will enter into a time of seeing the "plowman overtake the reaper."

Unprecedented opportunity for the harvest of souls will be present because of the major global shifts and the continued shaking of the nations by the Voice of the Lord. There will be multitudes in the valley of decision and there will be great campaigns on many continents and in many creative ways for the evangelization of the people groups of the earth.

Prophetic Insights for 2010

As I have been waiting on the Lord moving into 2010 several themes and scriptures have been highlighted to me by the Holy Spirit. It is a crucial time we are entering into. I have some wonderful prophetic encouragements to share as well as some urgent prophetic warnings concerning the year ahead.

As we meditate on God’s promises and the following scriptures I believe 2010 will be a year of great fruitfulness in our lives!

1. SEVEN KEY WORDS FOR 2010: FRUIT, RAIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HARVEST, OVERFLOW, RESTORATION AND PROVISION Joel 2: 22-26

FRUIT: In 2010 Jesus is really looking for fruit. God desires to make His people strong and fruitful. Gifts are not enough. It’s by the fruit of the Spirit that we will be known. There will be a strong focus on developing spiritual character, maturity and fruitfulness in 2010. You will discern true disciples by their fruit, not their gifts. Joel 2:22, Mt 7:13-27; Mt 21:18-19; John 15:2-8, 16

RAIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HARVEST: The rain of God’s glory will come in righteousness enabling a great harvest. The former rain is the autumn rain that comes for planting seeds. It softens the ground so seeds can be planted. The latter rain comes to ripen the fruit for harvest. God is sending His rain so that we will not only be able to plant good seeds, but also reap the harvest from those seeds. It will be harvest time for many! As we plant the seed of God’s word into our hearts the Holy Spirit will cause an abundant harvest of fruitfulness to spring forth. God will rain down in righteousness upon His people and will cause seeds that have been planted to come to full maturity and harvest. God is bringing His people to a place of maturity. The threshing floors will be full of grain signifying a great harvest. This will include a harvest of lost souls as well as a harvest of God’s promises. The key is that the rain comes in righteousness. The word for righteousness can also be translated in Hebrew “teacher for righteousness”. The moving of the Holy Spirit is coming with teachings for righteousness in 2010! Joel 2:23-24

OVERFLOW: There will be a great overflow of God’s anointing (wine and oil) in our lives. We will have more than enough. God’s anointing will so overflow that not only will we be able to live victoriously ourselves, but we will have enough anointing to overflow and minister to others. Joel 2:24

RESTORATION AND PROVISION: Years that were lost will be restored. God’s people will experience great restoration in their lives this year. The prerequisite for this restoration is a full turning of the heart towards God. As hearts turn to the Lord, lost years will be restored as God deals wondrously with His people. What was lost over years will be restored in one year. With restoration God’s people will walk in supernatural provision. They will not need to run to the world for help. The world will run to the church for help. Joel 2:12-14, Joel 2:25-26; Prov 6:31

2. Preachers of righteousness will emerge under a strong anointing. These preachers will be full of truth and righteousness. They will walk with God in a special way and turn many from iniquity. They will be true messengers of God. There will be a strong contrast between righteous preaching and those who preach from an unrighteous lifestyle. Unrighteous preaching will cause people to stumble. Mal 2:6-8 “The law of truth was in [Levi's] mouth, and unrighteousness was not found in his lips; he walked with Me in peace and uprightness and turned many away from iniquity. For the priest's lips should guard and keep pure the knowledge [of My law], and the people should seek (inquire for and require) instruction at his mouth; for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts. But you have turned aside out of the way; you have caused many to stumble by your instruction [in the law]; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi [with Me], says the Lord of hosts.”

3. A clear understanding of God’s righteous judgment will come forth. God’s judgments are always redemptive in nature. They do not condemn or accuse. They confront sin in humility and love seeking to bring people to repentance for the sake of salvation and restoration to God. As God raises up preachers of righteousness, sin will be confronted and dealt with. There will be a strong conviction of sin. An understanding of true grace will come forth. People will begin to understand that grace is more than just mercy when they miss it. Rather it is the power of God in the life of the believer to overcome sin in all its forms and manifestations. True grace will be preached. Rather than condoning sin, power will be given to overcome it. John 8:3-11; 1 Cor 5:9-13; 2 Thes 3:14-15; Acts 13:8-12; Acts 5:1-11

4. A deep call for consecration will be given by the Holy Spirit as God prepares and calls vessels to be set apart for His power and end-time purposes. God will come with a suddenly to His people. This will be accompanied by deep refinement and purification and will cause our lives to be offered in righteousness. Mal 3:1-3 “Behold, I send My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me. And the Lord [the Messiah], Whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; the Messenger or Angel of the covenant, Whom you desire, behold, He shall come, says the Lord of hosts. But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap; He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and He will purify the priests, the sons of Levi, and refine them like gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord offerings in righteousness.” Rom 12: 1-3

I'm tired of it. It is a word that I am honestly sick of hearing over and over for the past few months, and even years, and has just simply worn me out. Despite my personal feelings on the matter, I cannot seem to get away from its sound. When I watch the news, read the paper, talk to friends or even spend time in prayer—there it is again! This expression has haunted me for several months and is almost eerie to my ears now. It is currently being used in virtually every sphere and sector of society to describe the state of mankind in our day. The world of politics, economics, sports, medicine and even the Church are using this single word to describe the significant shift taking place: Transition.

Revelation in the Mundane

Every leader and director from the BURN 24-7 movement across the globe has been pressing into the heart of God with consecrated hearts, asking for fresh perspective for the New Year. It has once again been a rich time flooded with unreal encounters in the presence of God. Our tribe corporately carries a burden and resolve to not just lazily and lethargically stumble into another year as if nothing is changing except a "10" instead of a "9" on our calendars. We MUST be guided by fresh revelation, intuition and unction as we literally are ushered into a new season across the world, whether we are ready or not! Similar to Joseph, Daniel and even the sons of Issachar in the Bible, we long to be a people that the world even councils to interpret the "times and the seasons."

During our fast, I was unpacking a ridiculous amount of boxes in my new home when God began to speak to me. I was tired, a little irritated and very overwhelmed at all the work before me during the few days I was home. It was in this uncomfortable place that God decided to show up and download some fresh stuff into my spirit. I think it's funny how He loves to choose the most seemingly random moments to reveal heavenly perspective to His children. It does not always occur during the intense prayer, worship and pressing-in times, when we feel we are most "postured" to listen. I think God just might be attracted to the routine, mundane and sometimes even boring parts of our lives. What if He actually delights in dwelling with us during the 98% of our lives we are not in church services, prayer meetings or quiet times? That's just a little thought to mull on.

There it is Again

My wife Kate and I recently moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on a dream, a word and a whim. Seriously! God violently hijacked our California dreams and took us back to the East Coast to partner with His burning heart to see young revivalists and Davidic musicianaries—empowered through grace and faith—strike down the giant of humanism towering over a generation. A beautiful community of radical lovers have welcomed us in with open arms and we feel caught in the swirl of destiny.

So here I am, in the middle of the frigid and snowy tundra of the Northeast (which is a far cry from mild Texas). As I'm expending myself to unpack the last four years of my life (that has never really been unpacked) in an unfamiliar, cold and dusty old house—God speaks. The infamous, repetitive and annoying word that I have been working hard to escape reaches my ears yet again: Transition.

I hear the words the Spirit speaks: "The year of the greatest transition in human history."

Immediately, I am brought to 2 Corinthians 3:18:

"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

The Perpetual State

Although I've heard this verse many times before, the revelation dawned that we are sons and daughters of God who remain on a mortal earth and live in a perpetual state of transition. It is no longer a buzzword or the greatest and latest Christian rhetoric, but it's actually factual Biblical truth! With every single breath and heartbeat, and during every mundane task of life, a glorious transformation is taking place! We are caught in the "ever increasing glory" and are transitioning to look more and more radiant—just like He is! Now we may not always feel this radiant (especially when unpacking a house), but it is surely taking place.

As I was sitting on the 70-year-old hardwood floors and frustrated at a massive "to do" list in front of me, it was as if God was saying to me:

"You better get used to this and not get too comfortable with your life! Don't forget why you are here and where you are going, son! This is a year where I am transitioning you farther and faster than ever before, so get ready!"

In that single moment, a supernatural grace and heavenly perspective was released on my heart to receive and catch this revelation. It afforded me the opportunity to rejoice in this journey as a "peculiar" and "otherworldly" creature on a mortal planet that is truly not my ultimate destination. I began to shed off the feelings of "annoyance" and invite the transition of the Spirit to sweep me up and be in sync with His heart.

Even the World Knows

Just as many a structure, system and creature on the earth can feel and are actually prophesying about this great global transition, so we must be more aware and ready to receive it! They are eagerly looking for the answers, the meaning and the Person that is to come. I was struck by this a few days ago as I was walking through Times Square in New York City. I was chatting with a retail store worker only a few days after the world gathered on her city streets to party and usher in the New Year.

During that same moment, we were gathered across the Hudson River and hunkered down in a warehouse packed with hundreds of wild, screaming and passionate worshippers. It was intense, raw and beautifully random as we beckoned the gaze of Heaven to fix on the nation through 100 hours of fiery worship and prayer. It was the most epic New Year's celebration I was ever a part of!

Back to the retail worker—I asked this lady what she thought about the New Year already underway. She responded by saying, "I'm not really sure...but I feel something big is coming...we all do." I was shocked at her prophetic gifting and realized God was releasing this same feeling of anticipation on even the lost of the world! That is why Romans 8:19 remarks that: "All creation groans for the sons and daughters of God to be revealed!"

Fathers to Sons

Well, guess what? Here we are. It is time to awaken to the revelation of our high calling and throw off the yoke of cynicism, hope deferred and false humility. Those entanglements and excuses will do you no good in the year 2010. Allow the Spirit of faith and a "great grace" to rise up to pull you out of the mire and hopelessness of humanity! These are the greatest hours of the history of the world!

With the recent heavenly homecoming of many great men and women of God in our day, lofty mantles, mandates and callings are just waiting for a generation to boldly pick them up. This current transition is from fathers to sons and mothers to daughters. Among these evangelists, revivalists, pioneers and men and women of great faith were Jill Austin and Oral Roberts. Having known Jill for a few years and even traveled with her to the Holy Land, and having attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and earning my degree there, I along with an entire generation, am reaching out to carry this legacy forward where they left off. The baton has changed hands and we have no choice but to run, run, RUN the race marked out before us!

Let Us Embrace It

The current shakings, shiftings and season of transition will continue and must continue! They will not only continue in this hour, but they will increase and accelerate. So let us embrace it! Allow the Lord to cleanse your heart with pure and living water and prepare you for the most dynamic and grand transition the world has ever seen that is coming in this New Year!

Genuine excitement, incredible thrill and the unpredictability of the Spirit is coming back to the Western Church and we will welcome it! China, Nepal and parts of the Middle East are already reaping the fruit of this explosion of the Kingdom and transition in our day. Miracles, signs and wonders, and salvations are taking place in unprecedented numbers. Now it's the rest of the world's turn to enter into it. So much glory is being released in the accessibility of His presence that we may not even recognize ourselves with this radiance upon us next year!

Let us embrace and welcome the "Year of the Greatest Transition in Human History!"

2010-01-19 Word to the Intercessors and Kingdom Ministers

Now says the Lord the world will know the depth of my wrath. For I am incensed, I am angry with those who I have created. For they have turned away from my love, they have thumbed their noses to my provision, they have chased after riches and gold that they dig out of the earth with their own hands. And my church has been bastardized (Change something so that its value declines) and turned away from what I would give them, turned away from the flow of my power and life, turned away from the provision I LONG to pour upon them. And even when they have accepted my gifts, they have used them, but not for my purposes.

And they have withheld from the world that is starving in spiritual deprivation. The gifts I gave them were meant to flow through them out into the world to bring it into the fold. The riches that infest their lives are squandered on themselves and withheld from people who STARVE and DIE from starvation. My church alone could feed this world; without even any help from the rest of mankind, my church could feed the world and they DO NOT; for their hearts are hard as stones, and they do not care.

You, the two of you who sit in this room, you came from that; and I rescued you from that. But you lived in it, and you walked in it. By my mercy I pulled you out. And now I give you the gifts anew; gifts you do not deserve, gifts that are not earned. And you have responded well; for you have sought me to complete your transformation; to leave behind the old ways and to walk in the new ways. So my anger for you has been stilled.

Now, you are prepared. You are prepared to leave the old behind completely and step into a new life, a new way of living. And others like you who have (also) been prepared to step out of the old ways; the old ways that my church has fallen into and no longer even knows are completely wrong. And so, my children walk in my blessing. For your hearts are made complete! All that is left, that must be purged from you, are small things that do not matter (in the grand scheme of things).

Now go and teach my children. Teach them how to walk in my spirit. Teach them how to leave their flesh behind, for it is death and it is dead and it profits them nothing. Leave their flesh behind, and truly know me; for, I LONG to commune with them, and I LONG to know them in the intimacy of fellowship. I do not desire to have to continue in wrath against those whom I love.

Teach them to submit their hearts to me that I might express the tenderness that I feel for them. I release you into the work, the righteous deeds, that I've held for you from before you were born; the good deeds of faith, the righteous deeds, the worthy deeds, the good works that will prove your faith. Go now and do as I direct; and we will walk down that road together and look and observe those things that we build together; says the Lord.

As I have been waiting on the Lord moving into 2010, several themes and Scriptures have been highlighted to me by the Holy Spirit. It is a crucial time we are entering into. I have some wonderful prophetic encouragements to share as well as some urgent prophetic warnings concerning the year ahead.

As we meditate on God's promises and the following Scriptures, I believe 2010 will be a year of great fruitfulness in our lives!

Seven Key Words for 2010: Fruit, Rain, Righteousness, Harvest, Overflow, Restoration and Provision (Joel 2:22-26)

• Fruit: In 2010 Jesus is really looking for fruit. God desires to make His people strong and fruitful. Gifts are not enough. It's by the fruit of the Spirit that we will be known. There will be a strong focus on developing spiritual character, maturity and fruitfulness in 2010. You will discern true disciples by their fruit, not their gifts (Joel 2:22, Matthew 7:13-27; Matthew 21:18-19; John 15:2-8, 16).

• Rain, Righteousness and Harvest: The rain of God's glory will come in righteousness, enabling a great harvest. The former rain is the autumn rain that comes for planting seeds. It softens the ground so seeds can be planted. The latter rain comes to ripen the fruit for harvest. God is sending His rain so that we will not only be able to plant good seeds, but also reap the harvest from those seeds. It will be harvest time for many!

As we plant the seed of God's Word into our hearts, the Holy Spirit will cause an abundant harvest of fruitfulness to spring forth. God will rain down in righteousness upon His people and will cause seeds that have been planted to come to full maturity and harvest. God is bringing His people to a place of maturity.

The threshing floors will be full of grain, signifying a great harvest. This will include a harvest of lost souls as well as a harvest of God's promises. The key is that the rain comes in righteousness. The word for righteousness can also be translated in Hebrew "teacher for righteousness." The moving of the Holy Spirit is coming with teachings for righteousness in 2010 (Joel 2:23-24)!

• Overflow: There will be a great overflow of God's anointing (wine and oil) in our lives. We will have more than enough. God's anointing will so overflow that not only will we be able to live victoriously ourselves, but we will have enough anointing to overflow and minister to others (Joel 2:24).

• Restoration and Provision: Years that were lost will be restored. God's people will experience great restoration in their lives this year. The prerequisite for this restoration is a full turning of the heart towards God. As hearts turn to the Lord, lost years will be restored as God deals wondrously with His people. What was lost over years will be restored in one year. With restoration God's people will walk in supernatural provision. They will not need to run to the world for help. The world will run to the Church for help (Joel 2:12-14, Joel 2:25-26; Proverbs 6:31).

Preachers of Righteousness will Emerge Under a Strong Anointing

These preachers will be full of truth and righteousness. They will walk with God in a special way and turn many from iniquity. They will be true messengers of God. There will be a strong contrast between righteous preaching and those who preach from an unrighteous lifestyle. Unrighteous preaching will cause people to stumble.

The law of truth was in (Levi's) mouth, and unrighteousness was not found in his lips; he walked with Me in peace and uprightness and turned many away from iniquity. For the priest's lips should guard and keep pure the knowledge (of My law), and the people should seek (inquire for and require) instruction at his mouth; for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts. But you have turned aside out of the way; you have caused many to stumble by your instruction (in the law); you have corrupted the covenant of Levi (with Me), says the Lord of hosts. Malachi 2:6-8

A Clear Understanding of God's Righteous Judgment will Come Forth

God's judgments are always redemptive in nature. They do not condemn or accuse. They confront sin in humility and love, seeking to bring people to repentance for the sake of salvation and restoration to God. As God raises up preachers of righteousness, sin will be confronted and dealt with. There will be a strong conviction of sin.

An understanding of true grace will come forth. People will begin to understand that grace is more than just mercy when they miss it. Rather, it is the power of God in the life of the Believer to overcome sin in all its forms and manifestations. True grace will be preached. Rather than condoning sin, power will be given to overcome it (John 8:3-11; 1 Cor 5:9-13; 2 Thes 3:14-15; Acts 13:8-12; Acts 5:1-11).

A Deep Call for Consecration will be Given by the Holy Spirit

This will happen as God prepares and calls vessels to be set apart for His power and end-time purposes. God will come with a suddenly to His people. This will be accompanied by deep refinement and purification and will cause our lives to be offered in righteousness.

"Behold, I send My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me. And the Lord (the Messiah), Whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; the Messenger or Angel of the covenant, Whom you desire, behold, He shall come, says the Lord of hosts. But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap; He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and He will purify the priests, the sons of Levi, and refine them like gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord offerings in righteousness." Malachi 3:1-3 (Also see Romans 12:1-3.)

God will Strengthen the Covenant of Marriage within the Church

Believers will need to make a choice to live in a way that pleases God, not in a way that is convenient for their flesh. Protecting and standing for the marriage covenant is very strong on God's heart. A plumbline will be set that upholds the truth of God's Word in this area. God is calling the Church to stand for moral purity. His grace and power will be there to help them truly live for God.

Yet you ask, "Why does He reject it?" Because the Lord was witness (to the covenant made at your marriage) between you and the wife of your youth, against whom you have dealt treacherously and to whom you were faithless. Yet she is your companion and the wife of your covenant (made by your marriage vows). And did not God make (you and your wife) one (flesh)? Did not One make you and preserve your spirit alive? And why (did God make you two) one? Because He sought a godly offspring (from your union).

Therefore take heed to yourselves, and let no one deal treacherously and be faithless to the wife of his youth. For the Lord, the God of Israel, says: "I hate divorce and marital separation and him who covers his garment (his wife) with violence." Therefore keep a watch upon your spirit (that it may be controlled by My Spirit), that you deal not treacherously and faithlessly (with your marriage mate). Malachi 2:14-16 (Also see Mt 5:31-32; Mt 19:3; Mt 19:11-12; Mk 10:2-12; 1 Cor 7:8-39; John 8:3-11.)

Strong Gift of Discernment

For those who desire to walk pure before the Lord a strong gift of discernment will be given to keep them from evil. Those who choose compromise will give way to a spirit of deception.

Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve Him. Malachi 3:18

Walk in Reverence Before God

Although it may seem that evildoers are exalted and prosper, the Lord says not to be fooled by appearances. Don't be disheartened or fooled by the apparent exaltation of unrighteousness. There is coming a day of reckoning. Those who truly walk in the fear of the Lord will be remembered in God's book of remembrance. There will be a public recognition of those who truly walk in reverence before God.

You have said, "It is useless to serve God, and what profit is it if we keep His ordinances and walk gloomily and as if in mourning apparel before the Lord of hosts? And now we consider the proud and arrogant to be happy and favored; evildoers are exalted and prosper; yes, and when they test God, they escape (unpunished)."

Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the Lord and who thought on His name. "And they shall be Mine," says the Lord of hosts, "in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him." Malachi 3:14-17

Proper Alignments and Associations will be Crucial for God's People

Be very careful what influences you let come into your life through what and who you align and associate with. The Lord is calling His people to come into agreement with righteousness and truth. Through proper relationship with God we will be better tuned into the "frequency" of the Holy Spirit and will more clearly hear His voice and know His ways.

What you come into agreement with is what you will empower in your life. God is dealing with mixture that has crept into the Church. We must break wrong alignments and pursue godly associations. We must align with truth, righteousness and God's Word. What you hang out with is what you will become (Josh 23:7, 12; 1 Kings 11:4; 1 Cor 5:9-11; 2 Thes 3:14; Rom 12:16; Acts 17:4; Prov 13:20; 2 Cor 6:14,17).

True and False Powers

There is coming a greater polarization between truth and deception, between obedience and lawlessness, between the true power of God and false signs and wonders. True, authentic power will flow out of a consecrated lifestyle. Deceptive power flows out of selfishness, iniquity and lawlessness, leading people astray.

And many false prophets will rise up and deceive and lead many into error. And the love of the great body of people will grow cold because of the multiplied lawlessness and iniquity, but he who endures to the end will be saved. And this good news of the Kingdom (the Gospel) will be preached throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then will come the end. Matthew 24:11-14

For false christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God's chosen ones). See, I have warned you beforehand. Matthew 24:24-25

God's Love is Coming in the Church

A revelation and impartation of God's love is coming in the Church where God's people will be motivated and moved by such a deep compassion from the heart of God. This love will release both a greater faith and a greater power in the Church. Just as Jesus was moved with compassion and healed the sick and raised the dead, so will God's people be moved with great compassion. This compassion will bring with it a greater release of God's miracle healing power (1 Jn 3:16, 18; Mt 14:14; Mt 18:27; Luke 1:50; Luke 7:13; James 3:17; Gal 5:6, 22-26; Eph 5:1-21).

The Name and Works of Jesus will be Emphasized

All the works of Jesus Christ will be seen and known. People will come into a deeper understanding and revelation of the power, glory and authority found in the name and Person of Jesus. People will gain a deep appreciation and honor for everything that comes through His name. Focus will be brought back onto the life and works of Jesus Christ (Acts 3:16).

There will be an Anointing for Writing in 2010

Those called to write and publish will come under a fresh scribe anointing by the Holy Spirit, enabling them to write and publish the heart and mind of God.

Below are points which the Lord showed me is ahead for 2010 and beyond:

• Great favor is about to be released with the "suddenlies" of the Lord. Suddenly, multiple promises and blessings will start to fall into people's laps, who have contended so hard in year's past which looked hopeless, if they continue and do not lose heart and faith in the promises! God is able to make all favor and grace abound in 2010, as it will be a year of double grace to Believers that have been faithful in not giving up and quitting on the promises. When you have done all to stand, just stand your ground, and suddenly God will come in and shift the promises of God over your life in your favor.

• Those who know their God shall be strong and do exploits. And it is not for the faint of heart. It's a year of either advancing fearlessly despite the fear all around, or shrinking back in fear. That is why it says "(those who) know their God shall be strong, and do exploits" (Daniel 11:32). Also, the word I kept receiving is that "(they) shall be volunteers in the day of (His) power" (Psalm 110:3). The power of God is going to increase as well as the shakings.

• 2010 is a year of invading the enemy's strongholds, taking the high places where false altars have been set up and setting up an altar to the Lord. (Examples: Hollywood/media, New Age and false religions, business, health industry, etc...)

• 2010 is a year to advance deeper into enemy territory. In order to do this, many will have to let go of certain ministries or projects that God may have ordained in the past but were only for a season, and that would be too time consuming and/or economically draining to be able to enter this new open-door phase of harvest.

• 2010 is a year of great acceleration in Israel. Much spiritual activity will be occurring this year, and many in Israel will be open to the Messiah on a new level with an increase in dreams and visions of the Messiah and a harvest that is riper than ever, both in Israel and among Jewish people in America. Keep your eyes open for divine appointments that will lead to awesome salvations among those you would normally consider the least open to the Gospel in times past. God is removing the veil in a big way as a new harvest is ripening. This applies not only to the Jewish people but many groups in deep darkness steeped in the new age and false religions and other power sources; those in the entertainment industry, as well, will start getting Saul-like conversions.

• Persecution in general will gradually start to escalate. As you see a dramatic increase in the media and government taking a much stronger stance against Israel than at any time before, know that the persecution of Believers and ministers in general will also increase out of fear that the enemy has of the coming harvest. On the same note, the grace, favor, harvest and power of God will simultaneously increase! The best place to be is where the fire is hottest.

• Safe Houses: As the shaking continues economically as well as in nature and the earth itself, resulting in natural disasters in different places, houses of prayer and intercession will become places of refuge, and they can lessen these things in different geographical locations.

• In 2009 many were tested and are still being tested, but the Bible says that when you have done all to stand, just stand. Don't lose your faith and ground in the spirit concerning certain promises due to the economy (and other physical, emotional or family attacks), as you are citizens of Heaven and God's will is not determined by the world's monetary system.

• 2010 through 2012 is a year of advancing much deeper into the harvest of souls as opposed to just focusing on equipping only in conferences and church meetings. Divine strategies are coming also to move into influencing the secular world this year. It is a year of new positioning. Many ministries will be possessing new properties and buildings as a means of possessing the gates of our enemies, both in the physical and spiritual realms.

Though there is much concern about the nation of the USA at this moment in history, the next two years will be a season of great and sudden advancements into the harvest and deeper into pulverizing enemy territory, despite the shakings on the earth. At first, it will seem only a few will penetrate these realms of harvest, blessings and glory, but as the first group of people go into new harvests, others will be encouraged and shake off fear and start to also go for the harvest and promises of God and to get the Gospel into the darkest places.

Normally in the business world, the higher the risk in investments—the higher the returns. The same is true in bringing the Gospel into the darkest places on the earth; those that were previously known as more risky, will also yield the greatest fruit as you go where no man (or woman) has gone before.

• 2010 is a year to totally consecrate your life to His purpose in your life. Don't allow apathy and loss of hope and vision, or you will start to retreat. The spirit of "faith" and "overcoming" will start to invade Believers, that if they will even use the little strength or faith they do have and release it, it will move mountains in this year! Don't allow secular media to dictate how this year will go for you, but let God's Word and the prophecies over your life, city, ministry, business and nation be your standard. War with the prophecies that have been given to you as you begin to walk into them this year.

• Be wise in the transition as not to stop certain things "cold turkey," but gradually shift according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Romans 12:1 says, "Lay aside every weight..." This refers to breaking off patterns of sin this year that would destroy you, but it also refers to breaking patterns of works that were once fresh and that are now just dead works lacking the joy and freshness of the Holy Spirit. This is the year to run the race, aiming for the high calling of God on your life. Aim for the number one thing that you know you were born to do for His Glory. Start to take the first baby steps toward that "High" call, and it will start to awaken the fullness of this calling, the excitement of it, and the fresh power and grace to do it.

Transition Requires Change - 2010

Many Christians today face levels of ‘uncertainty’ in unparallel proportion. To the degree ’uncertainty’ looms, to that same degree are we headed for major ’transition.’ This is written to those of us mired in the rut of sameness, bound by circumstance and situation, and constrained by the events of life that create walls of containment. For many, this is financial in nature. For others, it is all encompassing - health, healing, vocational, relational, geographical. These often painful surroundings share a common thread - UNCERTAINTY!

We are living in extraordinarily uncertain times, and to a great extent everyone lives with a degree of uncertainty; but for an appointed ‘son’ (daughter) your uncertainty is about to explode into God-appointed ‘transition.’ To the degree we face uncertainty, and to the same degree we remain at peace and totally flexible, to that same degree are we totally prepared to ‘transition into the emerging Kingdom’ (upon earth). Rest always precedes restoration just as anxiety reveals a lack of trust. We either (in His rest) trust God for whatever we face, or we don’t - anxiety reveals the difference! The Kingdom is peace, righteousness, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Some years ago the Holy Spirit whispered a natural and supernatural phenomenon to me - “Anything growing will change - stay open, stay flexible for all true growth will require change.” Never put your tent pegs so deep in the ground such that when the cloud moves you cannot move with it. All growth requires change - it cannot be avoided. Many have lived for years with visions, hopes, dreams, and what they considered the promises of God - destiny. Yet years of spiritual and physical stagnancy seem to have done little to advance the cause. It is during these times of seeming nothingness that God is doing His greatest work, often circumcising our hearts, killing our hopes, dreams, and vision. And yes, this is painful, but unless a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone, but if it dies it brings forth much fruit (John 12:24). Abraham faced this exact situation with Isaac. He had to be willing to die to the promise for God to raise it up.

The change stagnant periods bring to us is the death of a vision, a promise, a hope, but a death so necessary for life. Once we let go, and let things die within us, we now enable God to raise it up the way He desires, and if He doesn’t it wasn’t Him to begin with. I painfully stood for my first marriage for almost a decade of my life, but finally let it die. Ironically, the day I did (within minutes) He brought me Tracy, who this March will have given me 19 years of Christian love, and a soon-to-be 13 year old daughter. Just as we should never marry our possessions, so too must we leave room for ‘change’ in our vision. A key to arriving at God’s appointed place is our willingness to remain flexible and willing to ‘transition’ to the new place. Transition will never take place UNTIL we embrace change. The traditions of men (preconceived notions) make God’s words to us to no affect.

Often the changes we are asked to embrace are painful because of what we must ‘leave behind.’ The difference between the “many who are called, and the few who are chosen” is the discipline to “leave behind,” as often this place is the place most familiar and comfortable - churches, families, loved ones, homes, communities, jobs, businesses, ministries, countries, etc., THE TRANSITION I AM SPEAKING OF TODAY CAN BE AND OFTEN IS PAINFUL. “Few” will willingly put themselves in painful and often more uncertain circumstances.

The whole creation is groaning for the manifestation of the sons of God. The sons are now manifesting, and each day brings greater clarity as to who they really are, and of equal importance, who they are not! A true son is a dead man walking - a man (woman) whose agenda is not his own; whose life is surrendered (totally) to the will of God.

2010 is launching enormous ‘transition’ with those who have surrendered their lives completely, including their visions, hopes, and dreams (the most difficult things in the life of a Christian to surrender). Those who will embrace being stripped today will be the very operatives of God upon whose authority and power the emerging Kingdom will operate by.

As I cried out to God for a confirmation about this word, He spoke clearly Psalm 16:11 to me - “You have made known to me the path of life.” The path to life is staying ‘surrendered totally.’ By willingly surrendering everything to God, including your dreams, plans, and visions, you allow God to burn at the alter all the wood, straw, hay, and stubble that was not His to begin with. What remains through the fire is the gold of God. Gold won’t fold when the heat comes - everything else will. What remains will be purified and fit for the master’s use. Our true purpose in life comes by giving it up.

Many are called, few are chosen. Morris Ruddick writes, “It involves an alignment with God reflecting not one vestige of variation between His will and our will. Jesus said, “I and my Father are one.” The cost pivots on truly knowing God’s heart and entering that place where it is not what we do for God, but rather what we allow God to do through us. “It is no longer I who lives, but Christ who lives in me.”

Allow yourself to be placed upon the alter of God. Release everything to Him, and thus allow Him to bring forth a transitioning in 2010 beyond your ability to comprehend.

Last November the Lord began to speak to me about this new year. He said, "2010 will be a great adventure." I thought to myself, "As if the last 40 years haven't been?!" Nonetheless, I began to reflect on going on an adventure: How do you prepare yourself? What do you need to take along? The Lord assured me that He would be the expedition leader. So, most of all, it would be critical to follow Him.

Reflecting on what it means to follow Him led me to John 10. Here, of course, our Lord is rebuking the Jewish leaders and encouraging each of us. He, Jesus, is the answer to our Lord's promise in Ezekiel 34 to provide for His people a "good shepherd," in contrast to the false shepherds of Israel. Jesus cannot help but be referring to that promise when He said, "I am the Good Shepherd" (John 10:11). Jesus says that His sheep will know Him by hearing His voice. And they will follow Him.

It is Critical to Hear His Voice

Clearly a prerequisite for following our Lord, especially following Him as He leads us into this adventure, is hearing His voice. Never before has it been so critical to hear His voice...clearly.

One of the characteristics of an adventure is that it almost always includes surprises. It takes the quality of flexibility, the willingness to change directions, to carry on in the adventure. We may think we know the way to go, but only the expedition leader knows how to get us there. We may have to change paths. We may have to climb mountains, ford rivers, cut through jungle. There may be times of walking uphill or times of walking, almost running, downhill. But we must so keep our eyes and ears open to the instructions of our Leader, our Shepherd, that we continue to follow Him.

I believe one of our top priorities this year is to cultivate the art of hearing the Lord. There are many hindrances we experience to BLOCK our doing so:

1) I just don't WANT to hear the Lord because He may rebuke me, may ask me to do (or stop doing) something I don't want to.

2) I hear too many other voices—especially my own voice or "taped" voices in my mind. I hear the voices of well-meaning friends and family. I hear the voice of demonic enemies.

3) I have a theology that God stopped speaking over 2,000 years ago when the Bible was finished. Since then God has gone on a speaking strike and acted uncharacteristic to His nature...the One Who calls Himself the Word.

4) I don't get quiet enough to hear Him. I fill my life with noise—external and internal.

5) I pass off His voice for my "imagination."

6) I'm waiting to hear a Charlton Heston-like voice boom in my mind or all around me.

There are many other ways to block His voice from reaching us. This year I believe we need to have an increased sensitivity to these ways that we miss His communication to us. Asking the Lord to make us more aware, repenting of not wanting to hear, repenting of believing a "non-speaking-God" theology, getting quiet. We really must hear His voice this year. It's more important than ever!

How Then, Does He Speak?

How then, does He speak? Through His word (incarnate/Jesus and written/Bible), pictorially (giving us visions, dreams, "pictures" of the supernatural in the natural things we see), through impressions, His voice speaking in our minds (or, more rare, audibly), through other Believers using gifts of the Spirit (prophecy, words of knowledge, words of wisdom, teaching, exhortation, etc.), and visitations of the Lord and His angels.

God is a speaking God! He is speaking every single day. He desires us to hear Him and hear Him better. We can start where we are. We can cultivate a hearing ear and an obeying heart. We risk it...learning to differentiate His voice from others'. Hebrews 5:14 says, "But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil." BECAUSE OF PRACTICE is how we have our senses trained. It takes practice to hear the voice of the Lord. But we have Him on our side: He wants us to hear Him!

It's going to make a difference. The world is going to be thrown into much more confusion. There will be voices everywhere this year. He has a great adventure ahead of us—Kingdom exploits and life transformations. All we have to do is just follow the Leader.

To germinate means 'to begin to or cause to grow, or sprout.

IT'S AS THOUGH THESE SEEDS WERE SHOUTING...."OUR SEASON OF DEATH IS OVER!"

 In the Spirit I am hearing a sound I have never heard before. It's a sound from seeds that God had planted through us that have died inside the stony hearts of many people. There had been a long season when these seeds were not heard from at all. They were silenced by death. But inspite of death these seeds now were beginning to groan as though death itself could not keep them any longer. The very life of Christ within these seeds was now beginning to overcome death and I saw a sprouting taking place that seemed to begin to shake the gates of hell off of its hinges! It's as though these seeds were shouting, "Our season of death is over! Halleluia, we are now coming alive!" Seeds that had died with unfulfilled dreams of God inside of them were now beginning to come alive worshiping their Creator as they were beginning to sprout, bringing forth 'fields of dreams' coming true!

Seeds that were planted many years ago up to this present day were beginning to germinate. Seeds we had sown of the word of God, acts of kindness and even smiles were bringing in a harvest as germination was taking place inside of many of whom we had forgotten about and given up hope for.

IN THE TIME OF HARVEST KEEP SOWING SEEDS!

Ecclesiastes 11:4-6 "He that observes the wind shall not sow and he that regards the clouds shall not reap. 5. As thou knowest not what is the way of the Spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child; even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. 6. In the morning sow thy seed and in the evening withhold not thine hand; for thou knowest not which shall prosper either this or that or whether they shall be alike good."

Both of our daughters are expecting our first grandchildren a month apart this year. We have been saturated with sonagrams. Sonagrams are amazing to look at. You begin by seeing something so small at first and then the little members of the body begin to grow. We can't figure out how that happens but it's the seed that makes it all happen! I believe this year will be a year of record breaking germination taking place in the wombs of many women....even a year of surprise babies!

MANY THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN 'TERMINATED' WILL BE 'GERMINATED' THIS COMING YEAR!

When a seed falls into the ground and dies it looks different as it begins to sprout and surface. Many ministries, jobs and dreams that have seemingly been terminated will begin to germinate and spring forth suddenly appearing different with new dimensions this coming year. The enemy is not cutting anything away from you but God is pruning us all to look to Him for everything. Don't focus on your dead dream, dead job or dead ministry...listen to that seed that is now groaning to come forth in newness of life. Some jobs that have been terminated in one place will germinate in another place. Your gift will make room for you. Your gift has outgrown the room you were in! You will now need a larger room for your gift. The place where you get pregnant with God's dream is not always the same place where you give birth to it.

GERMINATION IS TAKING PLACE ON THE INSIDE OF YOU RIGHT NOW!

Many seeds that have been planted inside of us by the Holy Spirit and have seemingly died forever are now beginning to make a noise and groan. Even things that we 'thought' God told us that that is over.. isn't. Twenty-five years ago I had co-written a song with a brother that was recorded by several people and blessed many. After several years the song seemed to have finished it's course of being heard. Once in a while I would type in the name of the song to see if it's season was really over. I became convinced that the song had a certain season and that was it. Just two months ago I typed in the name of the song on i-tunes store and up came that song "It's all taken care of, thanks to you." just recorded by Claudelle Clarke, the queen of Reggae Gospel Music from Jamaica who has been singing for forty years now.

I contacted her and since the publishing company I had signed with closed down twenty years ago, she was unable to find the authors of the song. Sometimes when our name is overlooked or forgotten, God often uses a seed we planted to cause others to reap blessings where they did not sow and to take it further than we ever could. 1 Corinthians 2:6  Paul says, "I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase."

Galations 6:9 "And let us not become weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not."

I am learning that it's when I feel like fainting that that is when I am actually doing well from God's point of view and that a seed that I have sown is beginning to groan and sprout somewhere in some place or in somebody or in some nation!

I have had a repeated dream over the years where God was giving churches, businesses, and cities a new name as in Isaiah 62, and they were renamed HOPE. In these dreams, God showed me that the Body of Christ has been secured in love from their salvation experiences, but now He is bringing forth hope to the Body of Christ that advances the heart! Without hope, it's easy to hide in the back room and say, "Jesus, it's not working on the planet, come back!" But with a hopeful heart, we are enabled to go after abundant life in this hour and have something to offer the Son of God when He returns!

There is an Isaiah 45 reality coming forth, where He is bringing forth hidden treasures of His nature that have been buried for thousands of years! "I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the LORD, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name."

The Encounter:
Hope Reformation for 2010-2020

Over the years, I have had a series of encounters with the Lord where I would journal what He was speaking, and I would ask Him a number of questions about how He's building and preparing and moving the Body of Christ forward in the hour we are in. I believe it is our right to be like the sons of Issachar who have understanding of the times, to know what the Body of Christ ought to do, as in 1 Chronicles 12:32. It is our right to partner with our God, and as He leads us, we do not have to wander in the wilderness!

If the LORD is pleased with us, He will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us.—Numbers 14:8

So I have purposed to hear His heart, not only for my own issues but also for the Body of Christ and the nations, particularly for the years 2010 to 2020. Through this process of encounter and responses from the Lord, I often get this recurring picture and dream of sitting at the table of the Lord, with others, and there He speaks to me and He rolls out a blueprint. Sometimes a Scout comes that represents Him, and He'll speak and I'll journal it through the night and begin to piece together the blueprint and counsel that the Lord gives.

Many plans are in a man's heart, but the counsel of the LORD will stand.—Proverbs 19:21 (NASB)

Recently, I began to ask Him about the next 10 years, and here is what He began to speak. He was trumpeting a message of miracles and of a Hope Reformation, and He declared that 2010 would be a year that the Father's heart secures people in His love, and the Father's voice, through decrees, would advance people and nations into their God-ordained destinies. These decrees would help give the Church back its courage and hope!

The Lord showed me that beginning in 2010 and continuing through the next 10 years, He is raising up Patriarchs and Matriarchs of every age that will decree what the Lord is saying, and they will decree another future for the Body of Christ. Job 22:28 says that if you decree a thing it will happen, if you are in agreement with Him. "You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways." He is raising up mothers and fathers in the Spirit, for as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 4:15, "For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers."

The Decrees of the Father's Voice
for 2010-2020

The first decree that the Lord told me at His table was that "Hope is Coming Forth in 2010 through Hope Reformers." He showed me these Hope Reformers who had a third perspective—not a perspective of the world or of their own soul, but Heaven's perspective. These Hope Reformers had abandoned that which is evil and full of despair and had returned to an appropriate, godly and hope-filled state. He showed me a picture of Joshua and Caleb from Numbers 13:25-33, where they looked at the Promised Land and they had hope that surely the children of God could take the land despite the giants there—because our God is greater! Their perspective was an appropriate, godly and hope-filled perspective, not one of doubt, fear and despair that magnifies the challenges above our great and awesome God. NO! We can take the land! I saw that these Hope Reformers are the "arise and shine" ones of Isaiah 60:1, and they were coming forth with the Father's voice of hope this year.

The second decree that the Lord told me was that "Hopeful prophets would come forth in 2010." These Hope Reformers will be like the farmers in Zechariah 13:4-5 that are prophetic builders that do not rail and run or bring sensationalism, but those who plant a seed and then trust that the seed will bring forth a fruitful harvest. I saw that they were sons and daughters like Abraham in Genesis 18:17, where "the LORD said, 'Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?'" I saw the Father speak to these sons and daughters about cities whose architect and maker is God, with His patriarchal voice that is able to see a very long way out and build accordingly.

The Lord showed me at His table, that there is a different way His voice will come forth. It's the Father's voice that decrees hopeful realities and a hopeful future. It doesn't negate the challenges, but sees the "Greater than" God, as in Deuteronomy 7:17-18, "If you should say in your heart, 'These nations are greater than I; how can I dispossess them?' you shall not be afraid of them; you shall well remember what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt." He showed me that incomplete prophecy is seeing the challenges without an answer in Him. He said that you cannot build off of the negative. He showed me that He is a truthful, positive, confident God who is summing all things up in His Son. He spoke with the voice of a third perspective, not that of man or the challenges on the earth, but with His heavenly, hopeful, redemptive perspective.

The third decree that the Lord told me at His table was that He would bring forth a "Clear trumpet sound in 2010" that would emphasize what is most important. The Lord tenderly showed me, sitting at a table, what I would share with my son if I had a limited time left on the planet. If I had a few months left to share what is most important to help him advance in life and be successful in God, what would I tell him? He said that this is what He wanted to do for the Body of Christ. This is what He said is most important at this time: there is a Hope Reformation coming forth that is not just about a distant eternal security, though that is our anchor; it is a reformation called living in hope for today. It's about the nature of God being expressed as the hopeful God who will bring forth that Joshua eyesight, where the Body of Christ stands and decrees, "We can take the land!"

These are the decrees that the Lord showed me, that He has laid out for the Body of Christ as we move forward here in 2010 to 2020.

THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "I Have a Royal Journey of Hope to Bring the Body of Christ into this Hope Reformation"

The Father began to share with me the decrees that were key to get these Hope Reformers prepared to deliver His decrees to the nations of the earth. He decreed that there is a royal path and a journey to equip the Hope Reformers for the times and seasons we are in. He told me that there has always been a house of our pilgrimage, an ancient path, and a good way for us during a particular time on the planet that God is endorsing, as in Jeremiah 6:16; "This is what the LORD says: 'Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls...'"

He showed me a royal journey that the Body of Christ is to go on together, and He called it the Royal Journey of Hope. I saw 50 million people that would go on this royal journey of hope. They'd go into cities, nations and businesses, and they'd be able to move them out of despair and into hope, where they advance into a future with a great harvest. The Lord showed me that this is an Abraham generation that sees a long way out for a hopeful future.

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "Personal Devotion Will Lead To Public Decrees"

He showed me that the only way to walk into this Hope Reformation is personal devotion filled with hope, that will lead to public decrees, that will help change the nature of Christianity. The Lord gave great emphasis on face-to-face prayer. He said that you would get your decrees from your private place with Him, when you encounter Him and develop His heart. Then you come out with your mission for that season and that reality.

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "Go on this Journey and Learn Five Lessons of Hope to become a Fortress of Hope"

I've had recurring dreams of people that would be in a classroom in Heaven where they were to learn five lessons of hope, and they would graduate those lessons and become coronated as Hope Reformers. Then they would be sent out of that heavenly place with such a certainty that they would speak into the clouds, and the clouds would then rain over geographical areas. Everywhere it would rain, everyone would get wet with hope! I saw great hopers coming forth like Winston Churchill and Hans Nielsen Hauge, and they came forth with a message of hope in God, and were not altered or moved by the circumstances and challenges of the day; instead, they changed the circumstances and challenges of the day through the force of hope in God that brought forth a hopeful future for others.

I saw these Hope Reformers moving up five rows in this classroom as they learned these lessons of hope. The first lesson was "Hope in God," where they encountered Him as the "God who is enough for every life situation."

After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, "Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward."—Genesis 15:1

The second lesson was "Hope in People," where they encountered Him as the "Redeemer and Good Shepherd," and they received a "new view of people," where they developed a great hope in God's ability to redeem and love themselves and others. I saw that there had been so much disappointment toward other human beings, where the lens that life has been looked through has been critical analysis and evaluation, but I saw a hopeful appreciative lens come forth as this lesson was learned.

I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.—Psalm 139:14 (This is appreciation not only for ourselves but for others.)

The third lesson was "Hope in the Next Generation," where they encountered God as the "Patriarch and Fiercely Dedicated Father." When they received this revelation, God opened up hope for the next generation, renaming them "Generation Hope," not "Generation X-Y-Z," and they began to see the next generation as beautiful, and as a blessing.

But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."—Matthew 19:14

The fourth lesson was "Hope in Prayer," where they encountered Him as the "Great Communicator and One who Answers Prayer." When they received this revelation, they would receive a "new seeing," where they would be able to see out a very long way, like Abraham seeing Jesus' day. They would always build on their knees!

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.—Jeremiah 33:3

The fifth lesson was "Hope in Cities and Nations," where they encountered Him as the "Benevolent King of the Nations." When they received this revelation, a force of hope for geographical areas would come forth, and they saw the burning desire in the Lord's heart for cities and nations that would love Him well. I saw a new generation coming forth that will have hope for cities and nations set into their DNA code, and they will be our bank accounts, where they have a confidence in God that is unpolluted; and they would be like Solomons who didn't have to fight the wars that David fought, but they will be wise ones who will be able to rule and believe for a whole community and a whole area.

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.—Psalm 2:8

Once these Hope Reformers had gone through the process, and moved up these five rows of hope in the knowledge and understanding of God in the Hope Room by drawing near to listen as in Ecclesiastes 5:1, there was a great coronation. Then, these Hope Reformers were able to speak to the clouds of despair and they would go! They would usher in greater clouds of HOPE and would seed entire regions with Hope in God!

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "I am Enabling You (Hope Reformers) to Help Present Me with Cities and Nations that will Love Me Well and Hope in Me"

Specifically for 2010, it is a year of great harvest, and there will be seven nations that could experience storms of different types. These storms are not specifically geophysical, but they could be financial, political, etc. Right after He spoke this, Haiti had a real storm. I don't believe these storms are just going to be literal catastrophes; I am not a prophet of catastrophe, but for example, in Greece, there will be financial storm. But the Father has an answer! There will be the Hope Reformers of the Father's voice that have that personal devotion with Him; and they will come out with public decrees with a certainty, so that they can affect these nations and key people in the nations appropriately, so they can influence people and put their hand into Jesus' hand, in those hours of challenge.

Here is what He decreed to me as I went in to my personal place of devotion with Him (but these decrees are for everyone). This is what He said: "First, I want to show you what I am doing across the earth. I began to tell you in 1983 that I desire to establish cities and nations that would love Me well and hope in Me, as in Revelation 19:10, with the testimony of Jesus, where Jesus could enter in to the different arenas of life and not be lonely there, but be received and loved well there."

In 1983, I had been asking the Lord day and night, "God, what is on Your heart?" and in an open vision in a stairwell in Fort Collins, the Lord showed me several progressive pictures. I saw how Jesus had been mostly unperceived in cities across the earth, in the midst of the day and the arenas of life, like politics, education, social arenas, the arts, families, and the marketplace. The Lord shared how He desired to see His name vindicated as in Ezekiel 36:23, and how His heart burned to see cities and nations come forth that would love Him well and would receive His love and hope in Him.

"I will show the holiness of My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD", declares the Sovereign LORD, "when I show Myself holy through you before their eyes."—Ezekiel 36:23

Since 1983, I have met many of the Hope Reformers that I saw in that original vision, because they were real people and real places, and these ones are transforming their cities and nations to be those places that love Him well. It is happening!

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "There are Three Different Types of Nations that Would Come Forth this Year"

These nations have a choice to make. They can either have a preemptive strike of hope, or they will be in crisis-relief mode. The Lord gave me a picture of raising a child, and He said that either you raise a child in hope for their future or you don't, and you have to do crisis intervention later. So it's either a proactive hopeful building of the child or a reactive redemption. Both are faces of God—the Builder Hopeful God and the Redemptive God—but He is giving these nations the choice to choose hope and decree a different future for your nation!

The Lord showed me the first type of nations are Zechariah nations. In Luke 1, Zechariah had a promise for a son, and it didn't happen the way he thought, so he lost hope. The angel came to tell him of his promised son, and he couldn't believe the angel. So there are nations out there—where the angels are coming, other helps are coming, God is shouting—but their disappointment is too big for them to be enabled to get beyond it. I saw a plan out of the Lord's love to go after these nations. I believe these nations are England, Germany, Norway, Greece and France. I saw those who are breakers that would go into these places and bring great help, to be able to meet the disappointment over and over again with a real hope in God. Again, the Lord is extending the choice to these nations to choose hope and decree a different future for your nation!

The Lord showed me the second type of nations are Mary nations. Mary believed the angel—that she would have a son as a virgin. She didn't understand it, but she said, "Be it unto me according to Your will." These nations would sense the wind is moving like John 3:8, and they would respond to the wind though they didn't understand it all. Haiti is one. There is a great open door to Haiti right now, and God is flooding in the Hope Reformers to help the Marys like the angel Gabriel did, to put their hand into God's hand. We are giving this information for you to bathe it in prayer and know your part, and to bring the right building blocks for them there. Other Mary nations are Egypt, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

The Lord showed me the third type of nations are Simeon nations, where Simeon in the book of Luke was the one who had so cultivated the nearness of God that he saw in a little baby all the promises coming forth. Mary was one who said, I'll do this in faith, but I don't understand; and some nations will be like that. But there are other nations that will do it in faith and hope and they do understand. I believe Canada will be a Simeon nation. And I saw not just nations but cities, parts of South America, Africa, and India. They will see the eternal destiny, the hope of their calling, and their inheritance in God, and they will see how they are to affect other nations. There will be ones sent from those reading this article: ones from Bethel; Toronto; Atlanta; Concord; Morningstar; Washington, DC; and New York, to these different nations to tell them what they already know about who they are. You are being sent to coronate them.

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "I am Changing the Nature of Christianity to Hopeful Christianity"

There has been a change in the expression of Christianity from self-indulgence to a Sermon on the Mount lifestyle, and now He spoke of a new nature of Christianity or understanding of God coming forth. He has continually showed me that He is unearthing the treasure of His nature as the God of HOPE that has been buried for thousands of years as in Isaiah 45, and it will change the nature of Christianity from a despairing Christianity to a hope-filled Christianity.

I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the LORD, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name.—Isaiah 45:3

The Scout showed me that the Body of Christ had often been sitting in the back room, staring at fears, but then I saw them move through a door into the radiant hope for the day and for the future in God in 2010. I saw that the Body of Christ was ready to advance and take territory as they helped to bring forth the celebration of Jesus all over the cities and nations of the earth. I saw it happening in businesses and families, like the Acts 2 community of Believers, and I was so touched that I cried and cried, and then I began to cry out for this reality.

He showed me that Hope is not an abstract word! Hope is confident expectation, appropriately, in our God. If you get a hopeful son or daughter, they smile at their future. If you get a hopeful Christianity, they smile at their future, and they bring forth a great harvest. Sheep will become warhorses through this process of hope, and they won't even recognize themselves!

He showed me the little areas, the little foxes of Song of Solomon 2:15 that pollute our hope. But He had an answer for us: everyone in this blueprint was to get a hope journal. When they would start to feel that distaste of hopelessness when they looked at another person, maybe impatience or frustration, they would go right to their journal, and take the hope promise and attack that area. This way they avoided becoming like Gulliver, who was strapped down by "little problems."

I dreamed of what people looked like with radiant hope! It was the Daniel 12:3 reality, "Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever." We are going to see the great lights come forth. That little dismal area and secret place in our hearts where we don't go, and where we have hopelessness, He is going to meet it with His nature in hope!

THEN THE LORD DECREED FOR 2010 TO 2020: "There will be Holy, Hopeful Alliances and 'Marriages Made in Heaven' This Year"

There are great lights that are to come together this year and help support one another. The Scout showed me that God is raising up Hope Reformers through right marriages, marriages made in Heaven, causing the right ministries to come together to bring forth the public decrees and plans from the Lord to help these nations. There will be sheep nations that will come forth this year. The Scout also gave a warning, that if ones go into nations in which they are not sent, premature spiritual or physical death could occur, because they will be trespassing the land and walking outside of the blessing of the Lord. These ones MUST be sent!

What is Your Part?

Your part is to see this Journey of Hope that the Lord is bringing us on in 2010 to 2020. He is taking us into this Hope Room where we meet and decree a face of God, where we start to walk out the day as Hope Reformers, confessing and living out who He is, and then we decree His voice in hope. I believe many reading this article are called to be these Hope Reformers, those who move into the force of Hope in God through adoration and devotion, who will hear the Father's voice in hope and will release decrees over nations and the Body of Christ for this hour.

Much of what I am about to write is so simple that I pray young and old can easily grasp it together. Subsequently, the understanding and the applications of it are going to be life-transforming, so get ready for a "new you" to emerge as you receive this word! I cannot emphasize enough how important the following statement is right now: At this time, there is a fresh release from the Father in Heaven of abundant grace for the weary!

There has been an onslaught of the enemy this past year to attempt to steal vision from the sons and daughters of the Living God. The hordes of Hell's relentless attempts to try to infuse apathy in the heart of the Lord's Bride are about to be disannulled by a Church arising with power. Much despair has come to many in this past season due to discouragement, disappointment, and even fear of the unknown. However, God the Father has an ace up His sleeve right now—the Spirit of Grace! As you receive it, a new zeal will come upon you to fulfill the high calling of God in your life in Christ Jesus. Don't throw in the towel now—the best is yet to come.

Overcoming Power

God is about to release the Spirit of Grace to help you overcome! As this happens, the revelation of the finished work of the Cross will ignite complete joy and liberty in you! The revelation of being dead to the flesh and alive in Christ will become so common for multitudes set free by it. God desires to fully eradicate the spirit of religion off of people's lives, and He is about to inject into His Church a desire for His Spirit today unlike any other time we have known in history. So, let's go on a quick journey together and find the pathway into unlimited life in the Spirit and the next great outpouring, reformation, and renaissance in the earth.

On certain airline flights that I fly on, flight attendants come down the aisle and offer passengers "Duty Free" items. Few people, however, purchase these items, which I find to be very parabolic. God is offering His spiritual gifts, His spiritual fruits, and an eternal, bliss-filled life transformed by Him—"duty free." It is "works-free." All of the life of God we can receive today was provided and made accessible by Jesus' death on the Cross, His burial, and resurrection. But now God desires to take His Body from head knowledge to experience. God is about to fill you with the intoxication of His Spirit again on a constant basis.

Get ready, Israel. Get ready, America. Get ready, Netherlands, Italy, Wales, and much of the United Kingdom and Europe. Get ready, Ukraine. Get ready, Thailand, Pakistan, and much of Asia. Get ready, New Zealand. Get ready, Puerto Rico. Get ready, islands of the Pacific. The new wine outpouring is here to stay!

Heaven Airways

Please allow me to be playful for just a moment: "Ladies and Gentleman, this is Your captain speaking! We want to thank you for flying Heaven Airways today. We are now soaring through the skies over the mountains that have stood in your way and the old ineffective foundations of your past. The flight attendants will be coming down the aisles right now to offer you, your church, your ministry, and your life "duty free" items. For those of you who have been serving the Lord more out of duty and religious, unfulfilled service, you are about to be refreshed and ignited by the Spirit of Grace as you buy these items without money and without cost" (Isaiah 55:1-2).

Sound fun? As you take this gift of God, you will be thrust into a new favor in your ministry, life, business, or what have you. God wants a company of people that He can fully consume with His divine nature, supernatural power, and fruits of the Spirit, who will go into the deep dark places of the world to harvest humanity right in the enemy's territory. At the appointed time of harvest, the farmer knows he must go into the fields to reap his crops, otherwise his harvest could perish.

Zechariah 12:10 talks about the Spirit of grace. Supplication and prayers for revival going up for millennium are about to be poured out on the nations. It will take the Spirit of grace to go into the dark places and reap! He will make it fun! The enemy knows it is a time of great harvest in the earth and he has tried to stop you, but the God of supernatural peace is about to crush satan under your feet. As you fully embrace the Helper, the Holy Spirit of God, you will begin to live the promise to implement God's rule, dominion, and reign over the nations Jesus gave to the overcomers in Revelation 2:26: And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations.

Is that just for the consummation at the end of ages? No! It is for right now! Many of you reading this, who have been tempted to retreat from battle, are about to encounter the Intoxication of the Holy Spirit again. This is not to negate the fact that you are filled with the Holy Spirit, but simply that the Holy Spirit is about to possess you with new grace.

For those who will embrace the new wine He is releasing right now, there will be supernatural advancement, fresh vision, a fresh sense of renewed purpose, and fresh faith that overcomes the world. Also, as a result of giving one's self over to this new realm of glory, experiences like trances, Third Heaven encounters, transportations, translations, and such other facets of wonder will become more available and common. Through these experiences, the Kingdom of power and glory will be deposited into your yearning hearts and flow out of you to the earth. New strategies will be given to you, and a season of acceleration will come upon you. Many of you are saying, "Man, I have wasted so many years!" God is trumping that by saying, "Yeah, but I am helping you redeem the time you lost in a quick work I am about to do!"

Being Intoxicated by God

Jesus warned in the parable of the sower not to allow the cares of life to choke out the Word. Many in our present day economy are consumed by the cares of life. Jesus said in Matthew 13:22 that those people who received seed among the thorns are those who hear the word; yet the cares of this world and the love of riches can come and choke out the word, and so they become unfruitful. Do you want to hear the good news though? As we become intoxicated on the Helper, the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, our Teacher, He will cause Christ's divine nature to fully manifest through us as we yield completely to Him, and we will be inebriated by God Himself, and the cares of life will not touch us. Much persecution will come against those who fully embrace all of the Holy Spirit, but there will be great rewards! Creative miracles will explode, and if you thought you have seen all of God's signs and wonders, get ready for new ones!

Even as I am writing this, I am so overcome by His thick, rich presence that I can scarcely even write this article due to the pleasure He is releasing in me right now. If you like, just reach out and take some for yourself right now.

A Dividing Line

There will also be a dividing line which will be released in this season which will clearly divide those who want all or those who resist the supernatural that the Holy Spirit has to offer, as He ushers in a Glory and Love move of God across the earth. Believers who say yes to all God has to offer right now will be given keys to see regional outpourings, and the winds of change will begin to blow and influence culture around them.

Embrace all the Holy Spirit wants to offer, and receive great grace right now for acceleration and deployment into the harvest fields in media, missions, and much, much more! Many are called, but few are chosen. Be part of the chosen few.

Very Juicy Fruits

Many of you have strived to produce the fruits of the Spirit, and even fruitful ministries out of works, but let me show you a better way. Jesus said, "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who remains in Me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing." You are a branch, and as you abide in Jesus and allow the thick sap that flows through His vine to flow into your branch, you will begin to produce the juiciest fruits you have ever produced! Begin to let that sap flow right from Jesus into your branch, producing a supernatural love in you, a supernatural joy, a supernatural peace, a supernatural patience, and a supernatural kindness, and so on.

This will be so much fun, juxtaposed to the feeling of barrenness you may have carried before. God is about to stick to you like glue. Through intimacy, God will also impregnate you again with a baby and your ministries will bear much fruit! He is about to produce and unlock a miracle ministry on the inside of you that you don't even know is there. You will begin to be overtaken by a supernatural boldness as you become a gateway of signs and wonders in the earth. You will become a living tabernacle of God and begin to use the keys of the Kingdom to implement His will, purpose, and plan on the earth as it is in Heaven. Remember, God is a lover and He is looking for a burning-hot, fiery Bride right now that He can fully possess and fully consume, who will unlock the mysteries of His Kingdom and propel it into the greatest awakening the earth has ever seen.

Let's Pray: God, we pray You would begin to wipe shame from us now and intoxicate us with Your divine love. Lord, let us begin to gleam with fresh light, love, confidence, and dignity as we daily live in Your presence. Begin to establish grace in our hearts as we not only know about Your grace but experience it in Your glory, and fully become new creations in Christ. We decree we are a passionate people who do adventurous things, a passionate people who step out of the known into the unknown, and a passionate people who love hard!

At the beginning of this year leading up to the ElijahList conference "What Is God Saying For 2010?", I received three distinct simple words: faith, discipleship, and multiplication.

As I have prayed into this word, all three began exploding in my spirit. I believe we are entering an entire decade of faith that will be an opportunity for the American, and perhaps, the worldwide Body of Christ, to experience and partner with God to see multitudes saved, healed and delivered. But the key is the word in the middle—discipleship.

It is way past time for the Body of Christ to "get over" the memory or fears of mistakes with discipleship from days gone by. Jesus clearly said we are to make disciples (of Him), not just seek converts. There are many in the Church today who have had their sins forgiven, but lack confidence, acceptance, or the boldness to obey Jesus' command because we have neglected it for years.

Go and Make Disciples

Our entire nation could have been predominately following Jesus Christ by now if we had not over reacted to sincere efforts that went overboard on this count. This is a fact not a theory, and it is still not too late to do something about it. We keep waiting for the next outpouring of the Holy Spirit when God is saying, "You have one. Draw near to Me and I will draw near to you. I am here. I am in you. And I am ready to move through you."

In our desire to attract crowds, we have forgotten to spend our treasure in—sowing into the few. What we have done is gotten caught up in addition, when God is ready to multiply. I have felt lovingly admonished by the Holy Spirit that much of our own ministry, while doing good to encourage the Body of Christ, has forgotten the simple command—to make disciples.

We recently prayed over Mike and Lori Salley and a team going from our church to serve with Show Mercy in Uganda. As we did, we prayed for signs and wonders and miracles, including multiplication. They actually were privileged to see food for 50 multiply to feed around 200 children and had pots half-full left over. You can see this on their website (Show Mercy International).

The reason I share the testimony is this—God confirms His word with signs following. Signs point to something. In this case, it's God's desire to partner with His people when they step out in simple obedience to serve, including in the making of disciples. When we do, we will see the results of faith and supernatural multiplication. Here is a simple challenge that is not a theory if taken seriously: True disciples make disciples.

"Go and make disciples...teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."—Matthew 28:19-20

Prepare the Way

Our city population is around 50,000, and our county 100,000. If 100 disciples make 2 disciples in a year, who will then make two the next, and so on—in nine years our entire city would be followers of Jesus. In ten years our entire county would be followers of Jesus. That's not a theory, it's a fact. If you took only 1% of our nation who are true disciples of Jesus and do the same thing, in seven years nearly the entire nation would be following Jesus.

I can hear all the excuses coming back at this idea. I have rehearsed them all. I think stadiums filled with crowds of worshipping saints and signs and wonders sound glorious. But what would be more glorious would be a nation turned to Christ as true followers who are Kingdom oriented Spirit-filled disciples of Jesus Christ. Many of them would go to the nations and do the same thing there. That would truly be the greatest move of God in history. We might even be privileged to be the generation that sees the Gospel preached to every tongue and people group to prepare the way for the second coming of Christ. Too good to be true? Not if we put feet to our faith.

Five Keys for 2010

There are 5 strategic keys that will help propel you into your future and the destiny God has for you this year. Ask Him for specific insight and direction for you and your life, and allow Him to manifest in these areas throughout 2010.

1. God is sounding a wake-up call.

God is sounding a wake-up call to the body of Christ! There has been a lull and a spirit of slumber that has spread over much of the body in the last couple of years. We have become satisfied with "church as usual." Unfortunately, many people have settled into a place of comfort and complacency—but God is shaking and waking this sleeping giant once again!

I hear the Lord say, "Some of you keep trying to snuggle in and get comfortable. I will not allow you to get comfortable. I did not create you for comfort; I created you to be a weapon of warfare."

God has created you to be on the cutting edge. When it is time for eaglets to learn to fly, the mother eagle begins to remove the soft down feathers in her nest. As she does this, the nest becomes more uncomfortable, and soon the eaglets begin to feel the sting of the sharp briars beneath. In order to seek more comfortable living quarters, they are forced to fly. In this same fashion, God is removing your place of comfort because it is time for you to fly.

This will be a year of agitation for many of you. Expect to feel restless in many ways. Something in you will refuse to be comforted in your present condition this year. It might even become downright frustrating for a season—but know that God is making you uncomfortable so you will be motivated to move into something new.

2. God is releasing an anointing to leave your past behind.

There is a special anointing for inner healing this year. There is a release of grace in the body of Christ to finally put the pain of your past behind you. I see the Lord of Hosts raising a mighty sword of freedom and severing the hold of your past. Chains will be broken this year! No longer will the pain of the past have power over you.

Many of the wounds that God will heal this year are painful experiences from churches and Christians. Many soldiers in the body of Christ have been wounded by their fellow soldiers and leaders in the church. There will be a special anointing this year for healing these specific wounds.

As healing comes, God will change your words from confessions of hopelessness and despair to declarations of victory and freedom. Therefore, focus on your language this year. Watch what you say. As this grace for freedom is released, you must align your language with what the Word of God is saying over your life. Negative words falling from your lips will have the power to negate the release of freedom.

3. God is giving us a special anointing for breakthrough.

"The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force" (Matt. 11:12, NKJV).

It is time to fight for your deliverance and freedom. If you have stopped trying to be free and have surrendered to the control of the enemy, learning to live in your present crippling condition, it's time to pick up the sword and fight once again. God will give you grace to get off the sidelines this year, but you must take the first step toward the playing field.

God is releasing warring angels this year to defeat the powers of darkness that have come against you. The angelic army has never been in this exact position before. Now is the time to rise up and fight for your victory!

God is pouring out the power to break that thing that has held you back, kept you down and kept you out of your full victory! God is giving you power and authority to speak to that mountain in your path and see it crumble before you.

Your breakthrough is now. Keep fighting! Keep warring! The victory is in your mouth and in your hands!

4. God is opening up doors to fulfill your assignment.

This is the year when you will discover what you were created for. Some of you have been searching for your purpose, wondering where you fit, wondering why you were put here. Rejoice! This is your year.

Take advantage of learning opportunities this year. Make this a season of preparation. As you wake up (see Key No. 1 above), leave your past behind (Key No. 2) and experience breakthrough in areas where you have been bound (Key No. 3), this preparation will come more easily than ever before.

Pay special attention to opportunities that God puts before you this year. Attend conferences, schools and gatherings that center on releasing saints into their destinies and training you in the supernatural. These times of training will be important for you.

Create relationships and form alliances with people who can help you move into your destiny. It will become clearer as the year goes on how important these relationships will be to you in your journey. As God opens unexpected doors, do not delay. Step out in faith and anticipation as God positions you in significant situations in 2010.

5. God is releasing a fresh anointing for supernatural power and boldness.

God is releasing a new level of power and authority to the body. There is a new anointing of the Holy Spirit for supernatural signs, wonders and miracles. What many people have been waiting for in this arena will finally begin to take shape. This is the year that God is going to use ordinary people to demonstrate extraordinary kingdom power. He is teaching us to be supernatural, naturally.

This release of power will become clear as you prepare for your assignment and find your place in the body of Christ. So besides training, be bold in stepping into ministry positions and taking advantage of ministry opportunities.

"Do not fear," says the Lord. "As you step out in faith, you will discover a level of boldness in this season along with the power."

Unbelievers will be drawn in greater measure to the true power of God that will be demonstrated in this new season. Be ready to build relationships with people for the purpose of making disciples of them. Use wisdom in forming relationships, however, as Satan will try to use some insincere people to absorb your time and energy.

Allow God to do His work in you this year as He prepares and positions you. Wait in expectation and anticipation of greater things.

The best is yet to be!

During Passover I saw a vision of two ladders being released from heavenly realms. The two ladders brought an increased measure of angelic activity here on earth compared to the one ladder that was released to Jacob in Genesis 28:12-14:

"He (Jacob) had a dream, and behold, a ladder was set on the earth with its top reaching to Heaven; and behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. And behold, the Lord stood above it and said, 'I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie, I will give it to you and to your descendants...'"

For every new season new angels are sent on assignment. The angelic realm comes to replace the old mantles of yesterday so we can receive the new heavenly mantles that will empower us to do the impossible. It's time to embrace God's divine purposes, His plans, and run with our new mantle that will now operate on a corporate scale. God has dispatched new angelic legions to come for such a time as this on earth. You are being reassigned new angels with powerful gifts and anointings in the financial realms.

"Behold, I make all things new!"

To walk in the new we must learn new ways and walk out of the old ways and comfort zones of the past. This is a time to enlarge, stretch, spare not, lengthen, strengthen, spread abroad, resettle, inherit and inhabit the new places (Isaiah 54).

We Will No Longer Just Talk the Talk
but Walk the Walk of Power

In my vision, I saw angels placing new, powerful gifts into our kidneys. The kidneys produce blood in our bodies as well as functioning as filters. I believe God is giving us new healing gifts that will touch and heal blood disorders such as cancer and leukemia at a cellular level.

The Holy Spirit then took me back to the 1950s. He said that that healing movement was given as the foundation for this new, powerful move of God to be built upon. This new move will totally eclipse the healing movement of the 1950s. People will be funneled into the churches to receive healing and deliverance as never before.

God's presence is manifesting like a breath of fresh air. Powerful mantles are resting over people to do extraordinary exploits for the Kingdom of God. Those who have been cloistered under God's wings resting in His presence during the last season have been empowered to do the "greater works." The Lord's anointed Word is coming forth with a fresh, corporate revelatory anointing. God's voice will echo through His chosen people. Those who believe His Word will begin to operate on a level of anointing we have never seen before. God is renewing our minds to walk His written words out in power and demonstration. We will no longer just talk the talk without walking the walk of power, signs, wonders, healings, and miracles.

The Church has been in transition. We are moving from the old ways of man's traditions, into knowing and moving according to the plans, ways, and purposes of God. Dry bones are coming to life as the breath of the Holy Spirit breathes resurrection power into the innermost parts of our being.

Repentance Enables Us to Walk in a New Direction

The prophet Hosea describes a process of moving from woundedness to wholeness, from sin to sainthood, from rebellion and death to revival and resurrection power. Hosea's prophecy is multidimensional, pertaining to us on both an individual and a corporate level.

Hosea 6:1-2 Come and let us return to the Lord, for He has torn so that He may heal us; He has stricken so that He may bind us up. After two days He will revive us (quicken us, give us life); on the third day He will raise us up that we may live before Him.

Isaiah 26:19 Your dead will live; their corpses will rise. You who lie in the dust, awake and shout for joy, for your dew is as the dew of the dawn, and the earth will give birth to the departed spirits.

It is time to repent and return to our first passionate love of the Lord.

Acts 3:19 declares, "So repent (change your mind and purpose); turn around and return (to God), that your sins may be erased (blotted out, wiped clean), that times of refreshing (of recovering from the effects of heat, of reviving with fresh air) may come from the presence of the Lord."

To repent means to "turn around and go in the opposite direction, change our mind, purposes, and what motivates our thought life." Repentance enables us to walk in a new direction away from sin, sickness and disease, turning our faces toward God and returning our hearts to Him. Repentance enables God to forgive our sins and cleanse us in His Blood. God's presence brings deliverance, healing, and restoration from the effects of sin; Psalm 68:8 says that also at the presence of God, "the earth quaked; the heavens also dropped rain..." Thus, as God's influence and presence increases here on the earth there will continue to be more earthquakes as the sons of God begin to manifest.

Revelation 11:11-13 But after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them. And they heard a loud voice from Heaven saying to them, "Come up here." Then they went up into Heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them. And in that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell; seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of Heaven.

Our lives are totally changed when we repent and turn toward God. When our mind is renewed with the word of life we are transformed from glory to glory into His image.

2 Corinthians 3:16-18 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Divine Alignments Taking Place

Repentance aligns us to receive revival and a renewed, godly life. Revival brings an awakening that quickens the hearts of God's children. It restores vision, resurrects the dead, and brings the dying back to life. It removes spiritual contentment and indifference and ignites a new hope, energy, and desire in our hearts for God. Repentance creates a passionate desire for intimacy with God. During revival the Church is refreshed, restored and set ablaze. Spiritual passion is ignited when we encounter God in a profound and deep way. God-encounters ignite a spiritual freedom and liberty in His manifested presence and glory. Repent and turn to God; be recharged, awakened, and invigorated; rise up in His healing, delivering power.

God is on the move transforming a people who will prophesy according to His plans and shake this world from its complacency. Divine alignments are taking place as God is adjusting dry bones. When we align with God's plans and purposes, we will discover we are in the right place at the right time to receive favor and His great grace. The wind of the Spirit is blowing the dust from our dry, disjointed bones. When we are knit together in a spirit of unity, a strong, mobile skeletal structure will be revealed. By humbling ourselves and turning our faces to God through repentance, the necessary adjustments are made to bring restoration to the Body of Christ.

The breath of the Spirit is blowing upon an army of dry bones once again (see Ezekiel 37:1-10). Our bones are in place, and muscles, sinew, ligaments and a covering of flesh are being added. A fresh breath of the prophetic is rising to bring new life and strength. Believers who will prophesy according to God's will are on the scene to usher in the new move of God.

The Spirit of God Fills Us to Overflowing in Resurrection Power to Do Great Exploits

John 5:28 Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice.

1 Corinthians 15:35 But someone will say, "How are the dead raised? And with what kind of body do they come?"

The Spirit of God fills us to overflowing in resurrection power and authority to apprehend dominion glory and Kingdom grace to do great exploits.

Hosea prophesies, "Yes, let us know (recognize, be acquainted with, and understand) Him; let us be zealous to know the Lord (to appreciate, give heed to, and cherish Him). His going forth is prepared and certain as the dawn, and He will come to us as the (heavy) rain, as the latter rain that waters the earth" (Hosea 6:3).

The prophet Hosea also prophesied about the latter and the former harvest rains. As resurrection power is embraced by mature Believers, they will enter the fields of souls that are white unto harvest with God's power to release salvation, healing, and deliverance. God has prepared an established people to walk in a place of grace to harvest souls for His Kingdom. The season of latter rain outpouring will empower our spiritual gifts and fruits to flow in a place of fullness that will bring in the last days' harvest of souls.

It's time to let go of the old, and reach for the new mantles, embracing the high calling of God in our lives to win souls and make disciples. The Holy Spirit has a divine plan. He will lead and guide us into the new by teaching us how to walk in resurrection power. Like Esther, you were created for such a time as this. Ask largely so your joy may be full.

John 16:23-24 In that day you will not question Me about anything. Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in My name, He will give it to you. Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full.

2010: The Beginning of the Perfect Storm

At the beginning of 2010, my first of the year message was on "Responding to Storms." I have addressed this theme in my weekly email communications earlier in the year, but I felt led to bring this to your attention once again. When I gave this message, I knew I was speaking to my very city, prophetically, as well as wisdom needed for our nation and the nations. I shared on this theme everywhere I went for the entire month of January.

Several established prophets are declaring that the "Perfect Storm" is coming or even upon us. Locally, the historic 1,000-year flood hit Nashville in May. We have watched the Greece economic meltdown; we are still in the midst of the Gulf Oil Spill catastrophe; the Iraq and Afghanistan wars still go on with no real resolution in sight; and turmoil is mounting in many nations.

In 1987, the Lord showed me part of what would take place in the year 2010, and I remember it all so well. The Holy Spirit spoke to me in the night seasons that the world would begin to unravel in 2010, and it would be a hinge in world history where things would never return to what we have considered normal. In 1987 the Holy Spirit showed me that 2010 would be the beginning of the TIME OF GREAT STORMS. It is upon us!

A Worldwide Shaking and Awakening

I believe it is the best of times and for those without faith—it is the worst of times. The glory and the shaking come together. It is true on both sides of the coin. We are crossing the threshold into the Third Great Awakening and yet we are crossing the threshold into a great Worldwide Shaking.

This last weekend, when I ministered in the Baltimore, MD area, they had one of the largest recorded earthquakes in over 35 years in the area, registering at a 3.6 magnitude. The foundations of the earth are groaning in this hour! But God's people must arise and His Spirit must be poured out! It is time for the Body of Christ to move past our petty spirit of political correctness (incorrectness actually) and cleanse ourselves from this influence. We must be salt and light.

We know that storms are coming, but what we need are the wisdom solutions on how to respond to these perilous storms.

"Tell My People to Seek Me for Divine Wisdom"

Recently, I shared with you that the Holy Spirit gave me a dream where I heard the following, "The world is coming to the end of her wisdom. You are crossing a threshold where the world will not have the answers to life's dilemmas. Tell My people to seek Me for divine wisdom. Seek Me for wisdom that goes beyond natural reasoning—for the wisdom which comes down from above."

Yes, I have searched the Scriptures, I have written on these themes in my books and e-mail communications over the years, but I am being stirred once again as a watchmen on the walls! It is time to wake up and take our place as guardian intercessors! Blow a trumpet in Zion! Sound an alarm on His Holy Mountain!

I have found that throughout Scripture the primary response needed is not one of self-justification—but it is the CRY FOR MERCY!

Crisis Intervention

The following is taken from a section of my outline on Crisis Intervention in my study guide Revival Breakthrough:

Times of shaking are coming. His plumb line is being dropped, the canon/plumb line of His Word, and of His character being dropped in the midst of the Church, the nation and the nations, resulting in chiropractic adjustments to achieve His purposes. As this occurs we are seeing storms coming.

1. Storms of God's Judgment—Our Response: A cry for mercy requiring brokenness and tenaciousness.

2. Storms of Dark Demonic Attack—Our Response: An authoritative place of intercession, requiring faith, endurance, boldness, believing in the promises and no common ground with the enemy.

3. Storms of Consequences of Sins—Our Response: Repentance requiring humility, lack of defensiveness.

Each storm requires a different Biblical response, but in one way each storm requires the same response—Desperation and Intercession. Ultimately every storm can redemptively be used for God's purposes and to forge character in us. James 2:13 states: "Mercy triumphs over judgment."

Let us pray into the storms of life and lift up a CRY FOR WISDOM AND MERCY IN THE MIDST OF EVERY STORM. I tell you, we have crossed the threshold into the DAYS OF GREAT STORMS and the DAYS OF GREAT VISITATION!

Let us be salt and light! Call on His name! Let us be ambassadors of hope for such a time as this!
